19/08/2026: I loved this very friendly place, the warm and genuine welcome, the coffee with a glass of water, and the pizzas in the evening. The place is spacious, pleasant, and air-conditioned: it's fantastic. It's clean, and the opening hours are great. Thank you, I'll definitely be back!
19/08/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant right after arriving by ferry from Bastia.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the grill and the friendly owner.
The burgers and fries were excellent, as was the steak haché!
We were well-fed and will return before the return ferry. See you soon! 🤗

16/08/2026: On the holiday highway, a busy day for traffic, we pulled over to support a local restaurant. Service was winding down, but we could still get something to eat. The place is situated in a field, with a gravel driveway and parking area (not recommended for those with fragile tires), and it's in full sun. There's a large terrace with only two occupied tables. But despite the heat and all the available space, this establishment refuses to allow dogs on the terrace!
12/08/2026: Original crêpes to suit all tastes. The various homemade jellies are incredible!
An open and passionate team that takes the time to chat with their customers!
We wanted to learn even more about saffron cultivation.
The result was a fantastic family meal, highly recommended!

07/09/2026: Nice establishment, I gave it 3 stars because I ordered grilled ham and only received half a slice, and I didn't get the salad I asked for twice. Otherwise, the food is good and the prices are reasonable.
24/08/2026: Always a warm welcome and excellent service. And if you're not satisfied, don't hesitate to ask for another portion of fries or salad; they'll gladly refill it. The beef dishes are consistently excellent and very tender. Special mention goes to the French toast, which is also very good. And thank you for welcoming dogs!

05/09/2026: The food was good, but the welcome was icy. There was a lack of patience when ordering; the service needs improvement. The waiter with glasses was very cold; it seemed like he didn't want to see people. It's a shame because the food is excellent, but it doesn't make you want to come back.

15/08/2026: Discovered while passing through Villefranche, this charming little restaurant has incredibly friendly staff.
The spring rolls were delicious, and the chicken and beef noodles with onions were excellent, with superb ice cream and rice cakes for dessert.
A wonderful find, we'll be back!

(double hazelnuts, basically) with two slices of bread, tomato sauce, and a drizzle of olive oil, all for 15 euros 😳 In short, any Spaniard's breakfast for 3.5 euros (and I'm being generous). How did we get to this point?!? I don't think they even know themselves. I pay, vowing never to set foot on that terrace in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Marseille again…

01/09/2026: For someone like me who loves thin crust pizzas, the pizzas from the kiosk are the best in Sézanne. A topping of tender, flavorful vegetables. No tasteless cheese drips (as is often the case). A truly delicious and high-quality treat. I highly recommend it!

13/09/2026: We unexpectedly stumbled across Brigitte and what a lovely find. We sat outside and enjoyed the pavement atmosphere, which felt wonderfully French.
The fish was fantastic, fresh, classic, refined and utterly delicious. We finished by sharing a beautiful dessert of figs with amaretto cream on crisp pastry, which we absolutely loved.
Our waiter was charming and the service was excellent. A really lovely meal and just so French.

The fries here are exceptional! The servers are energetic, friendly, and professional. The side dishes are a nice change from a simple salad, which is great!

21/05/2026: I visited in 2019 and have incredible memories of this place. 😍 My only regret is not having found the time to go back yet. But I highly, wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a beautiful place and the food is absolutely delicious. 👏
11/05/2026: We discovered this tea room yesterday and it was a wonderful find. A warm and welcoming place, the owner is very kind. The pastries are excellent, made by her husband who is a pastry chef. The wild blueberry tart was delicious, and the strawberry cake was very good. We loved it and will definitely be back. A must-visit if you're in Bagnères (next to Aquensis).
