06/05/2026: The location itself is good, a pleasant place. However, this is the second time in a row that one of the servers has asked us to lend him a cigarette. As a customer, it's rather odd not to receive at least some kind of compensation or gesture of goodwill.

03/05/2026: The service was incredibly unpleasant; I've rarely encountered such an unfriendly waiter! We went across the street to have dessert at Aux Spatules, and it was a world of difference—the food was excellent!

30/04/2026: Friendly welcome, pleasant staff. That day there was no daily special (apparently the chef wasn't in the mood). The hanger steak looked suspiciously like flank steak... A half-liter of ordinary rosé wine at €18 for lunch was exorbitant. Neither here nor there.

The cuisine is refined, fresh, and perfectly executed, with beautiful flavor combinations and a true attention to detail. 12/12/2025: A wonderful surprise! We discovered a restaurant where everything is homemade, using fresh ingredients and a real focus on flavor. The dishes are well-balanced, generous, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is soothing and charming; you immediately feel at ease. The owner, very welcoming and attentive, takes the time to chat with his customers, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A rare, genuine, and delicious place that I highly recommend.

12/03/2026: The best meal of our Paris trip! The restaurant is crowded and bustling with people excited to eat good food, and by god, do they ever. From ambiance to decor to service, Le Servan nails exactly the right vibe and atmosphere, and it was a pleasure to lunch here from start to finish. And the food, well... Every dish was a surprise, a wink and nod of flavor mashups and texture triumphs. Truly delicious stuff here folks. We got the oysters zakutski, then for apps white asparagus and langoustine & pork ravioli, then the fish du jour (white fish, pumpkin and caviar) to end. (We also got some wines, which were good but I'm not as partial to the natural wine wave so YMMV.) We were too full for dessert and, anyways, had a pocket pain au chocolat from the best boulangerie in the city stashed away (solque bruno). What was I saying? Oh, right - go eat here and be happy.

11/03/2026: A very pleasant evening at Le Servan. We found ourselves at your restaurant following Michelin recommendations. The food was good and quite generous, and the waiter provided excellent service in making his recommendations. Furthermore, the staff is accustomed to an international clientele, which is a definite plus. The only downside, and it's a bit of a shame, was the rather ordinary tableware and the somewhat high wine prices.

21/09/2025: It was a wonderful experience with French cuisine. The dishes are delicious and very reasonably priced. The sauces, in particular, dance harmoniously in your mouth.

18/09/2025: Brilliant place but get there for opening time otherwise you might not get a table. The service was excellent, the food brilliant as they only have a set menu but don't let that put you off going, you will not be disappointed. The only thing is that serve wine by the glass and not as most restaurants in a piche or caraf.

19/03/2026: An experience I won't soon forget… unfortunately, not for the right reasons. I could sum it up in one word: kitchen nightmare. Cobwebs in the restrooms 😱, a door that wouldn't close… The service in the kitchen was a complete farce: dishes served at different times, repeated order errors… it was hard to understand what happened that evening. Even when it came time to pay, the confusion persisted: inconsistent bills, with different prices for identical dishes. We also have the feeling that the bottle of wine that was supposed to be complimentary was ultimately charged to us. Faced with the accumulation of problems, and despite our complaints throughout the meal, we decided not to pursue the matter further. In short, a very disappointing experience. An establishment I, for one, will not be returning to.

19/03/2026: Very bad experience. We didn't eat at the same time. The menus arrived, and those who had ordered pizzas waited over 45 minutes longer. The choux pastry on the profiteroles wasn't fresh.
