The staff were lovely, kind, and attentive. They even made last-minute changes to the menu to ensure our guests' comfort.
From beginning to end, it was truly perfect.

02/04/2026: Looking for a 4-day solo getaway without a car at the end of March, I found the perfect hotel:
- very well located: all shops, cinema, and bus station are less than a 5-minute walk away; hiking trails start from a 10-minute walk.
- half-board or full-board options available (perfect after hiking);
- simple hotel and rooms (hence the attractive price) but it has everything you need;
- the best part: attentive owners and a friendly, family atmosphere

Perfect location, lovely room with a balcony, and excellent communication. They even accepted us even though I had made a mistake with the dates on the reservation.

30/08/2026: Very disappointed. It was advertised as open on Sundays from 6pm to 10pm, but currently it closes at 7:22pm without explanation. Very unhappy!

19/07/2026: The establishment advertises that they accept digital holiday vouchers, which is false. They refused them entirely and claim it's not their fault, even though the logo is displayed on their storefront and they are listed on the official holiday voucher website.
It's practically a scam.

19/08/2026: Very expensive for mediocre quality products. I had a dry mixed sandwich with almost no butter (€6.60), a hazelnut coffee, a large coffee, and a single sugar packet (no more). The three items came to €11.60, which is deplorable. The saleswomen are polite and offer set menus, but rarely smile; it's probably due to poor management.

21/08/2026: A wonderful experience with a glass of Champagne accompanied by an assortment of sweet and savory treats.
