The owner's behavior clearly ruined our meal, even though the waitresses, for their part, were quite friendly and professional. As for the food, the dishes were decent, but nothing exceptional. The prices seemed high considering the portion sizes and presentation. Overall, we felt it lacked authenticity: it felt more like an Italian-inspired restaurant than a truly authentic Italian dining experience. A disappointing experience, mainly due to the service and the poor value for money.

A 30-minute wait at the drive-thru for a double Whopper cheeseburger, not even lukewarm, but cold... no napkin, no straw. In short, mediocre service, mediocre food, and all with an insane wait. And to top it all off, they didn't have ice cream. Naturally, all this mediocrity comes at a price: €11.60 for the meal, plus €1.80 for a lunch card, making it a total of €13.40 for garbage. Note to self: I'll be forced to go back to McDonald's from now on. It's clearly not the same level. In short, you've lost a customer, and I strongly advise people against coming to see you.
