The service is fast, the staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. If all restaurants were like Sushi Osaka, I'd eat sushi every day. I highly recommend it!

A warm atmosphere, delicious food, and flawless service. A must-try when visiting Strasbourg; we'd gladly return if the opportunity arises.

08/09/2026: Honestly, I've tried most of the restaurants, fast food places, and brasseries in Saint-Valery, and I'd say this one offers the best value for money in town. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection (nicely seared on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and it's not the easiest cut of meat to cook). The service was perfect and quick, the waitress attentive and very friendly. I'll be back regularly. Unfortunately, subsequent experiences were less positive. First, the ribeye steak was simply removed from the menu, and second, the service was far from satisfactory (including an hour's wait at lunchtime with no apology whatsoever).

28/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our meal. The menu offered a very meager veal stir-fry (two pieces of meat and a few carrots on a bed of rice). Furthermore, the surrounding tables were emptying, and we were subjected to the sound of a sweeper and a vacuum cleaner (it wasn't even 2 PM). We will not be returning.

25/08/2026: I was disappointed with my experience last Tuesday at lunchtime. The value for money didn't seem to be up to par: given the prices, I expected better quality. But what made me particularly uncomfortable was the atmosphere. We witnessed a waitress being yelled at by the manager in front of the customers, which was quite awkward and unpleasant to see. Furthermore, we found the manager's attitude rather cold and forced upon us, which immediately created a somewhat uncomfortable atmosphere. It's a shame, because the welcome and the atmosphere are just as important as what's on the plate. I hope these comments will be taken into account to improve the customer experience and the staff's working conditions.

08/09/2026: We usually come to Prêt Madeleine because they offer a selection of fresh, healthy, and tasty food. Today, the salads were dry and tasteless with practically no dressing. The worst part was that the manager (a dark-haired man with a ponytail) stubbornly refused to provide a small container of dressing to remedy this deficiency (worth €0.01 to Prêt?). There were two of us eating, so we each had two dry salads. What a disappointment! We won't be coming back, especially with this kind of service.
