28/04/2026: The beef rump was cooked medium rare and was very difficult to even put a knife through. It was awful, extremely tough and we were treated as a number in a busy restaurant. Zero customer service. We were disappointed and should have stayed with our original plans to dine at La Planque. We do not recommend if you would like a dinning restaurant! The service is very slow and the owner was abrupt when we went to pay…excuses for poor quality, she was challenging our experience with beef products…we have excellent beef in Canada we don’t need to have a lecture on beef preparation. You have a poor restaurant in quality. Terrible experience! .

29/03/2026: We stumbled upon number 83 quite by chance, and… what a wonderful coincidence! In a warm, intimate, and pleasant atmosphere, we were greeted with a delightful welcome by Jérôme, who pampered us throughout the meal: impeccable food and wine pairings, explanations of the origin and winemaking process of the wines we tasted alongside the dishes, which were brilliantly and expertly prepared by his uncle in the kitchen. From the quality of the ingredients and their presentation in the dishes to the generous portions on the plates, everything was incredibly well orchestrated. We could feel a genuine family passion in the culinary discoveries we made during our meal. Thank you again for your hospitality; we will gladly return to spend another pleasant time with you.

08/05/2026: It's a shame that this change of ownership, which I don't know at all, didn't follow the example of its predecessor! We were somewhat disappointed from beginning to end of the meal, starting with the salad which contained a piece of root vegetable, then the tasteless pizza with its undercooked crust, the sirloin steak which, as its name suggests, had been overcooked, and as for the desserts, profiteroles and chocolate mousse advertised with whipped cream, were in fact just plain cream! On the other hand, the service was very cordial and professional! Unfortunately, the atmosphere was very noisy! This review isn't meant to be destructive, but rather a request for change and, above all, improvements to achieve a quality of dining worthy of the name!

28/04/2026: Amazing pizzas, just like in Italy! A young couple has taken over the restaurant. The owner speaks Dutch. Top-notch staff, nice ambiance, and located in the charming city center. We went there for dinner two evenings in a row, with a nice bottle of wine. Highly recommended!

19/04/2026: This is the second year in a row that we've been meeting up with friends at the mill. The welcome and service were very pleasant, as was the ambiance of the cozy lounge and the dining room, which was perfectly remodeled. The outdoor setting offers a beautiful countryside ambiance. The dinner was beautifully served and delicious. As for breakfast, it's worth the detour! The hotel aspect could be improved a little, especially in the communal areas, but honestly, this place will be a great place for a future stay.

26/04/2026: In contrast to the wait time and the visual presentation of the dishes, I'll put it simply, quickly, but effectively: far too expensive and far too slow for a taste quality inferior to that of a cafeteria. If you have 3 hours and €100 to spare for just two people and mediocre food, go ahead. Otherwise, run away.

20/04/2026: A good culinary experience. The dishes are simple but very well prepared. The chef runs the kitchen single-handedly, and the various amuse-bouches help pass the time while waiting for the main courses. The atmosphere is welcoming. However, one person at our table is vegetarian and was not well received when they called to inform us of this, and although the reservation was made a few days prior, nothing had been prepared for them. A shame.

The evening we were there, there were no other customers besides us, and I confess I don't quite understand why—perhaps because it's isolated? In any case, it has nothing to do with the food, because it's truly delicious. Go and give it a try!

18/05/2026: We had a lovely evening meal here, the food was delicious, it was clean and the waiter was very friendly, helpful and spoke English when we struggled. The steak and fries was amazing, and the vegetarian pasta was very tasty (although there wasn't a huge choice for vegetarians). The desserts were fantastic too, the crème brulée being a particular highlight. Would definitely return!

15/04/2026: Fantastic stay! The hotel is located right at the foot of the slopes, which is a huge plus for fully enjoying skiing without having to walk too far. The mattresses are super comfortable: you sleep really well after a day on the slopes. And the view is simply incredible, directly overlooking the slopes—a real treat first thing in the morning. I highly recommend it!

29/03/2026: Excellent service from Géraud in the dining room and David in the kitchen. The buffet was varied and plentiful. Attention to detail was evident in the service provided. Life is wonderful. I discovered a beautiful holiday destination. In summer, it must be truly extraordinary. The accommodations at the sandcastle are also well-suited. Comfortable bedding. Spacious and functional kitchen.
