20/07/2026: The pizza was delicious. I got takeout from two places near the hotel to have a snack before watching the Argentina/Spain football final. This one was more expensive than €20 (but the pistachio topping was shelled (2 pieces) and it was very unpleasant when it got on my teeth). My son and wife liked it more. My daughter liked the second one, €9.50, more. The service, well, I gave it a 5. How can I rate it? I went in, ordered, and they gave it to me. The atmosphere is like a typical French cafe, tables outside like everyone else's. I wouldn't stay inside.

16/04/2026: The food is refined, not too heavy, and very original! My parents and I loved our meal from start to finish, and the waiter was very pleasant: he explained the origin of the ingredients and the different dishes. Of course, this restaurant offers a menu based on seasonal produce! I highly recommend it :)

09/03/2026: Restaurant we visit often, the best fresh local excellent food prepared with professional mastery finesse. Never disappointed, always pleasantly surprised. Menu changes according to the fresh seasonal ingredients. Very good local wine and cocktails. Gourmet food, enjoy any time. Terrace outdoor with beautiful views of the mountains and the church, in the summer jazz Friday evening is a double pleasure. Wonderful vibes, very kind staff and owners. 24/06/2026: Absolutely fantastic! We tried quite a few things as a family and everything was truly delicious. The girls at table five are lovely, they really take their time with customers and are always smiling. The restaurant is very clean, which is quite rare for this type of establishment. I highly recommend it!

13/07/2026: Looks fancy, but in practice a bit mediocre. Modest menu. Lots of older, regular hotel guests with a set menu or something similar. Ordered entrecote saignant but it was almost overcooked... Didn't want to spoil the atmosphere and passed on it. The kids' burgers were medium, so specify if you don't want your burger pink. I wouldn't go there again.

30/06/2026: Absolutely delicious! The half-portion of Saint-Nectaire cheese was incredible, we thoroughly enjoyed it! A very warm welcome; they greeted us with a smile after 9 pm. The meal was generous, and the place is lovely. Excellent local cuisine, thank you again!

27/04/2026: I came twice during my ski week. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: it's excellent and authentic. I highly recommend it. However, regarding the service, the short-haired waitress was unpleasant both times I came to the restaurant. The first time, I simply asked for my meat to be cooked medium-rare, but it wasn't. Yet, she criticized me for the cooking, even though I only asked for it to be cooked longer. The second time, I asked a question when she brought the dishes, and she responded haughtily and dismissively, without clearly addressing my request. I find this unacceptable: once, perhaps, but twice is excessive, especially since I'm a customer and I don't want to be spoken to rudely when I come to eat.

25/07/2026: We initially came for takeout, but the welcome was so warm that we stayed and ate. The staff were very attentive, and we had a lovely time enjoying traditional, homemade cuisine. Excellent value for money; I highly recommend it.

23/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! We had a lovely evening, enjoying an excellent chicken and lemon tagine and a very generous and flavorful couscous. Highly recommended!

24/05/2026: I really liked the restaurant. I'm giving it 4 stars because it was far too crowded and the tables were too close together. Also, when you're seated at the edge, you don't feel the humidity because of the sunshades. But otherwise, everything else was great: the food was delicious, and the servers were quick and friendly.

08/07/2026: What a tragedy! No more homemade candied fruit, so no more candied fruit jam. We love the family's chocolates, but please leave us the old recipes!

14/05/2026: This was our first time at "Terrasses du Lac." We hesitated because it was a public holiday (so it was expected to be very crowded) and a recent review was quite critical of the wait times. Well, we had absolutely no problems. The service was quick and friendly, and the meal (the tasting menu) was fantastic! And the setting is truly extraordinary; it must be wonderful outside in the summer. We'll definitely be back.

09/05/2026: First time at this restaurant (the setting is magnificent, right across from the lake) and we weren't disappointed: a warm welcome, beautifully presented and generous portions. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender and succulent. You can taste the expertise and the homemade quality! We had a wonderful time! I highly recommend it! 👍
