17/09/2026: Nothing to say, it's very good, impeccable service. Don't be put off by the street sign (Tintin sign). The back terrace is very pretty with its fountain. Very friendly owner.

06/09/2026: We had dinner at the little inn, enjoying an all-you-can-eat smoked raclette. The experience was so incredible that superlatives can't do it justice! The service was impeccable, and serving yourself directly from the cheese wheel was a real treat! I'll be back as soon as I can!

24/09/2026: Lemon and honey crepe, waffle with homemade chocolate sauce, a scoop of Viennese chocolate coffee ice cream, and a generous dollop of whipped cream. Everything was delicious, and the waffle was fluffy.

18/09/2026: What an introduction… We arrived on the terrace as a group of eight, including an 18-month-old baby. The waiter came to take our order and then called out to my brother: “Oh, you’re not a foreigner? Because earlier you didn’t respond when we said hello to you while we were inside.” My brother immediately apologized, very sincerely, explaining that he really hadn’t heard everything. Apparently, that wasn’t enough: what followed was a five-minute lecture about a missed greeting, the waiter being absolutely certain of what my brother had or hadn’t heard. We had come for a drink as a family, not to be given a lecture on basic etiquette. After several apologies and explanations to tell him that this really isn’t our style and, on the contrary, that we are quite friendly, the waiter persisted with his particularly hurtful, even humiliating, reproaches. We finally expressed our desire to leave, given the atmosphere, to which the waiter replied, "Well, very well, that's fine!" As we left, we noticed again how empty the terrace was compared to the packed Chat Bleu next door. We quickly understood why. I really don't recommend this bistro where friendliness rings hollow with bitterness.

03/09/2026: Simple, typical local cuisine; we had a very good time enjoying the ribeye steak with porcini mushrooms.

25/08/2026: A family Sunday lunch... L'auberge's main advantage is that it is open for Sunday lunch. There was some culinary effort (especially with the starters), but the result didn't quite live up to expectations. The waitress, apparently at odds with management, saw fit to air her grievances to the customers. All in all, a bit disappointing.

30/08/2026: The first restaurant you need to try in Saint Gervais! We ate here for three nights in a row and we're never disappointed.

06/09/2026: Extremely racist place. Right at the entrance, the security guard asked me my nationality and other questions, like they didn't know me, as if they knew everyone who came. Zero welcome. Definitely not recommended for personal growth. 🤬👿❌❌❌❌❌❌

21/06/2026: The establishment reflects its welcoming atmosphere: profoundly disappointing. The bouncers are exceptionally contemptuous, their attitude, both physical and verbal, leaving much to be desired. As for the supposedly free entry, it seems to be reserved primarily for those accompanied by women—a policy as archaic as it is pathetic. It's always fascinating to see some establishments convince themselves they can treat their clientele with such condescension while still hoping to maintain a good reputation. An experience I certainly won't be repeating.

27/08/2026: A delicious meal at Kaviari with a wide selection of products and excellent service. We were served lunch around 3 pm, while many restaurants in the area stop serving at that time. I highly recommend this upscale and welcoming establishment.

12/08/2026: We had a mishap with our campervan, and while it was being repaired, we stayed at this hotel. We didn't know how long we'd have to stay, and the owners were incredibly accommodating. They were so kind and welcoming. We had some language difficulties, but they made communication so easy. They were a huge help, and we're incredibly grateful. A special thanks to Aurore, a truly lovely woman.

24/08/2026: My wife and I, along with friends, regularly come for lunch. We are always warmly welcomed with a smile by the waitresses, the owners, and their partners. The restaurant is accessible to people with reduced mobility, has parking, and features a modern, air-conditioned dining room. It's also suitable for family or business meals. 05/08/2026: A huge thank you to Cyprien and his team for their service at our wedding on July 11th. He was always available and very approachable throughout the planning process. We organized our wedding remotely, but the regular communication we had allowed us to plan everything very smoothly. We weren't disappointed on the day itself: his team arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and took excellent care of both the guests and the bride and groom!
