26/04/2026: This restaurant, despite its simple decor, is nonetheless welcoming. The concept is unusual, as the menu is revealed at the last minute and changes daily. Personally, I didn't find the South American influence in the dishes. The minced beef on tomato purée was a bit too salty. Overall, it was decent, but not for 45 euros. Special mention, however, goes to the pisco and passion fruit cocktail—a delightful discovery.

10/04/2026: A very pleasant surprise. The cuisine is very plant-based and flavorful. Every dish is a delight without being heavy. Excellent work on textures and flavors (sweet, tangy, etc.). We had a wonderful time.

11/04/2026: Excellent bar! A wide selection of beers and cocktails at very reasonable prices. Board games and a pool table are also available for relaxing with friends. The servers are very friendly and we've always received a warm welcome! The location is also ideal: next to the castle and Campus 1.

12/04/2026: The restaurant wasn't very clean the day we came (there was trash under the lid where you put the bucket on the table, and the toilets smelled strongly). The waiter was friendly and helpful. The food was good.

20/03/2026: Geoffrey and Edem gave us a very warm welcome! We were greeted with great kindness and consideration. The food was delicious and fresh. Throughout the meal, we checked in to see if everything was alright. Overall, a fantastic experience with a fantastic team – we'll be back!

05/04/2026: Honestly, a 5-star rating? Have you ever eaten in a decent restaurant? I won't go on and on: the appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all mediocre. The meal was nothing special, and the service was terrible. The waiter spilled a piping hot plate of vol-au-vent on my guest's thigh. These things happen, and an apology is fine, thank you, that's good, but a gesture of goodwill would have been much appreciated, but nothing! Furthermore, I ordered a coffee with a schnapps, and I'm still waiting... In short, I left without saying goodbye. I advise you to avoid this place; there are much better options, like some farm inns, for example.

25/04/2026: I had lasagna, my husband had a pizza—a very generous pizza and lasagna just like homemade! We thoroughly enjoyed it 😋.. And on top of that, the atmosphere was super pleasant, very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this pizzeria 👍❤️

14/04/2026: Very pleasant staff and room. Good breakfasts... but not much in the way of entertainment or restaurants nearby... luckily the tram is just steps away with direct access to the old town. Good value for money. Recommended!

10/04/2026: The most beautiful terrace in La Plagne, across all the villages. The owner is exceptionally kind and everything is done to ensure our comfort. Wonderful moments in this typical restaurant where Savoyard specialties are served alongside traditional cuisine. Highly recommended.

15/05/2026: Wow! What more can I say? We had a fantastic time at Chalet Antoinette! The terrace overlooking the Saône was simply heavenly! We thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the restaurant (the homemade profiteroles were a pure delight). Thank you for accepting our dog; he also enjoyed the stay and the thoughtful touches.

19/05/2026: This restaurant was very expensive for 3 shrimp and 3 scallops...we're in Rungis, please! Normally, they use local sourcing to ensure fresh produce and lower prices, but this was far too exorbitant. There was no set lunch menu...we ordered 2 appetizers, 2 main courses, a bottle of water, and 2 coffees for €120!!!

05/04/2026: Possibly the best meal we have had anywhere in the world. We came to celebrate our engagement and made reservations at BAFFO online while still in Canada. The space was elegant yet non-pretentious. Our server was our best friend during dinner, giving us service in both English and French, answering all of our questions and making amazing suggestions. The food was immaculate and beautifully presented. Overall we split an appetizer and had to meals a la carte-- a filet mignon and a gorgeous truffle pasta, as well as two mocktails, two glasses of wine (recommended by our amazing server), and fresh tiramisu for dessert. All in all our meal came to just over 200€, a price that was more than reasonable for the high standard of service and skill at BAFFO. If you are looking to have a memorable and delicious meal in an intimate space, book your dinner at BAFFO.
