We had a minor mishap with our puppy, who peed on the premises: the staff were wonderful and didn't hold it against us at all. On the contrary, everything was handled with great kindness and consideration. The service was truly warm, attentive, and efficient, the food delicious, and the atmosphere wonderful. 06/09/2026: We've been coming here as a family with children for several years now, and we're never disappointed! The service is very friendly, and the place is lovely. Our favorite dishes: spicy papaya salad, crispy rice with fermented beef, and beef loc lac.

01/09/2026: The food was very mediocre. The papaya salad was bland and dry. The shrimp were tasteless, and the pork was clumped together into sticks. The spring rolls were very good. Both main courses were also very disappointing. The service was quick and pleasant.

15/09/2026: The welcome, the selection, the friendliness... I had a very good dinner. My butcher's cut was an excellent sirloin steak, accompanied by a perfectly executed chimichurri sauce. My glass of wine was exactly what I wanted: a well-made Chablis. I highly recommend it, and sincerely.

18/08/2026: A deplorable experience: avoid for your business lunches As a regular customer in the La Défense district, I was invited with a colleague to this establishment for a business lunch. While kitchen or dining room issues can happen, the customer service at Le Mond demonstrates a complete lack of consideration and professionalism. Arriving at 12:30 pm, our order (two tartares and a sea bream) was taken promptly. At 1:30 pm, still nothing. When I politely inquired about the situation at the bar, I was met with complete indifference, without the slightest empathy or real answer. What followed was a series of shortcomings: Unacceptable delays: At 1:40 pm (1 hour and 10 minutes after our arrival), the manager abruptly informed us that the sea bream was unavailable, without the slightest apology. Disjointed service: Our two tartares finally arrived, while our colleague had to wait for their replacement dish, which was served hastily without a word. Sloppy service to the very end: At 2:10 pm, the waiter came to clear the table, claiming he had "forgotten the order slip." Instead of doing his usual job (i.e., presenting the dessert or coffee menu), he simply announced that he was offering coffee to expedite the end of the service, skipping any step of taking the next order. A hastily offered coffee doesn't make up for a ruined business lunch and such a lack of consideration. Working in La Défense implies time constraints and a minimum of respect for customers. This system urgently needs to be reviewed; setting a good example always comes from management, whom I do not commend for their lack of courage and consideration for their clientele.
