31/07/2026: A lovely place with excellent mussels and very friendly, personal service. The restaurant staff were smiling from beginning to end. I highly recommend it. Ahhh, the little fried appetizers were simply perfect.

13/10/2026: A Cambodian restaurant where everything is homemade, including the spring rolls and related items, which are too often frozen and mass-produced. A very warm welcome from the owner; his wife is in the kitchen, preparing the dishes fresh. A buffet option is available for €18 at lunchtime and €21 in the evening. A generous and varied buffet with always very fresh ingredients. Hot and cold dishes, savory options, and desserts are all included. We've been going there for over ten years, and the quality is consistently excellent. The decor is Cambodian. Highly recommended.

06/10/2026: The product was alright, it's a shame about the tray service, like at McDonald's... the establishment isn't wheelchair accessible... the owner finds it a hassle to get the ramp out... and so on... and so forth... well, the accessibility law is from 2005... so let's not make excuses...

08/10/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! I thoroughly enjoyed this seven-course tasting menu showcasing Creole cuisine and ingredients. The dishes were beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and perfectly executed. Special mention goes to the fish: it's rare enough to be worth highlighting, but it's the first time in a long time that I've eaten fish in a restaurant that I was truly satisfied with! Beyond the food, I had a fantastic time. The welcome was lovely, warm, and passionate, and at the end of the meal, there were a few rums to discover, and the pleasure of chatting with the team. I came alone and had a wonderful evening. A truly great experience, and a place I will gladly return to.

A small place with one of the best views in Dunkirk and one of its best-kept secrets. With that special touch that instantly makes you feel like a friend, it's the perfect place for after-work drinks.

04/09/2026: Delicious beef tartare. I've never seen so many varieties on a menu. The service is really friendly, the atmosphere is a bit noisy... it's hard to imagine better in this picturesque location. I recommend making a reservation. This restaurant is very popular, and understandably so.

01/09/2026: An absolutely extraordinary seafood platter! 🦐🦞🐟🦪 We had the seafood platter at Le Languedocien in Marseillan-Plage and it was fantastic! A very generous and incredibly complete plate, with a beautiful variety of seafood. We shared it, and honestly, there was even too much! 😋 Everything was fresh, flavorful, and above all, perfectly cooked. The fish, shellfish, mussels, oysters… everything was truly delicious. Expertly cooked, flavorful ingredients, and a presentation that immediately made our mouths water. A hearty, indulgent, and flavorful platter, worthy of any seafood lover. ❤️ A real treat from start to finish! We will definitely be back. 👏😋 Kudos to Le Languedocien for this magnificent seafood platter! 🌊🦐🦞🐟

13/10/2026: A sure bet in the city center We've been regulars at Okavango for years and have never been disappointed. It's a place we know well and always return to with pleasure. The welcome is very warm, the service impeccable, and you immediately feel at ease. We appreciate the friendly atmosphere. The menu is varied, with traditional cuisine that showcases local products and stands out with delightful touches of creativity. Between the appetizers, meats, fish, and burgers, there's something for everyone. On our last visit, we enjoyed: the Bresse burger Black Angus steak, fresh salad, tomatoes, and a generous portion of Bleu de Bresse cheese Green asparagus panna cotta with basil tomato coulis and shrimp. And on sunny days, the large shaded terrace is a real bonus for fully enjoying the warmth of the sun. See you soon.

15/09/2026: Don’t be put off by the location the views are not great. On one side you are looking at a parking lot and the other side the lights are quite obnoxious. That is the bad part! Everything thing else is just great the food is well prepared cooked perfectly and enjoyed. A 3 course dinner for 2 with a bottle of very good rose wine for less than 100 euros. Thank you Chez Fred.

19/10/2026: First Saturday of the All Saints' Day holiday. We ate on the ground floor; it was very pleasant and quiet (although there were other customers), with a good atmosphere. The cocktails were very good. The meal was delicious and the service very pleasant. The value for money is definitely worth it.
