Mind you, the restaurant was completely full inside, and food was served as I made my request. Also, the fact that no menu is available online feels a bit retro, but maybe this is a thing in Aussois. I have two stars (instead of just one) because the waitress was nice enough.

15/09/2026: The best dinner of my stay in Paris. Just a few things, done well. The ossobuco (off-menu dish) was out of this world. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was original, simple yet very welcoming.

10/10/2026: Honestly... - An exceptional discovery, both the food and the service were top-notch. The dishes were fabulous and expertly prepared; the chef knows his craft! The salmon melted in your mouth—I highly recommend it! - This was followed by duck breast from the Southwest, which was simply exceptional, not to mention the red wine that paired wonderfully with the meat. - The chocolate-coffee dessert, which admittedly was a bit of a challenge after the rest of the meal, was equally exceptional. - And their whisky, which was simply explosive on the palate! Hats off to the entire team and to the chef, who masters his dishes like a passionate artist. Thank you again for this unforgettable evening.

27/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still as excellent as ever! We had already visited in July and absolutely loved it… We returned today as a family and, once again, we were delighted! For me: foie gras, frog legs, and rice pudding… everything was truly delicious 😋 And of course, it's impossible to come back without ordering the famous daiquiri, still as excellent as ever! 🍹 Beyond the food, it's also the welcome that makes us want to return: always so warm, friendly, and pleasant. We really feel at home there. Two visits, two wonderful experiences, and always the same high quality. An address we will treasure and where we will return with great pleasure! ❤️

You come for the food, you leave with the feeling of having experienced so much more. And when you consider the talent, care, and dedication brought together for the duration of a meal, you realize that the price is a small price to pay for what is offered. 11/10/2026: A truly wonderful moment!!! A fantastic team!!!! Especially since we hadn't booked!!! Our day got off to a bad start; my sister's plane landed in Toulouse, not Tarbes. Our dad, who's 94, wanted to come back one day, and he did. The time spent with him will be etched in our memories forever!!!
