15/09/2026: What used to be the go-to bar for law students a long time ago (my university days 😅) has become a modern and welcoming bistro. The lovely terrace and pergola extend the summer and bathe the interior in beautiful light. Daily specials and salads are listed on a chalkboard. The menu also looks appealing. The service is efficient and friendly.

22/09/2026: Went here last night. It was our last night of a week in Biarritz. Decided to try something different having had lots of great local cooking all week. The guy who was running everything and doing the service and bar etc. showed us to a table. He was very witty and friendly. We had frozen raspberry margaritas. Which were ok. Nothing amazing. Then the nachos arrived. Very over cooked and thin on toppings. We ordered extra guacamole to go with the chips. It was pretty bland and unappealing. Then the main courses arrived. Again as with the guacamole . They were bland and over heated. We ordered beers and they turned up half way through our main course. We could see the place was filling up and the lovely guy who was doing everything was overwhelmed. He needed at least two more staff. But essentially he was great. The food was awful and was a disappointing last meal in Biarritz. And it was not cheap.

03/09/2026: My beloved and I had lunch at the Taj Mahal Restaurant. The interior, with its gilded armchairs and red fabric, evokes a palace in India. The service was prompt, the cuisine refined and flavorful, and the food was delicious. The background music of Indian songs and music was very pleasant. 22/08/2026: The dishes seem to have been simmered for a long time, which allows the truly delicious and authentic flavors to shine through. A very good restaurant, with beautiful decor and a pleasant atmosphere. A great find, I highly recommend it!

07/06/2026: A superb place. Beautiful buildings. Excellent cuisine. A huge spa area. A lovely swimming pool in the middle of the vineyards (which produce good wine). A magical and very romantic setting. Not forgetting the staff who took such good care of us and did everything to ensure we had a relaxing few days in the best possible conditions. 06/06/2026: Today we tried Waffle Factory I tried: • [Classic Caramel Waffle] • [Nutella Waffle] It was very average, just like any other waffle. The service was fast, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

25/06/2026: A very nice café and co-working space, with a great selection of hot and cold drinks, and desserts (including gluten-free options!). And bingo! They have espresso and tonic, wow! It's very rare to find that in Lyon! During this heatwave, it's nice and warm inside; there's no air conditioning, but thanks to the old building and high ceilings, it's quite comfortable. I highly recommend it!

13/06/2026: Excellent spot with a really cozy, upcycled decor. Try the coffee! It's excellent! Also recommended is the sugar-free, French-made orangeade.

13/08/2026: I've been to many Indian restaurants and I appreciate this cuisine when it's well done, but that wasn't the case here. The owner's humor was questionable, and the dishes looked good, but unfortunately, as the saying goes, they were a disaster when it came to digestion. If you need an intestinal cleanse, go to Taj; otherwise, choose another restaurant.

05/09/2026: I had a great time with my friends at a restaurant while passing through Annecy. Lolo gave me a great recommendation for the wine, which I loved, and the Savoyard fondue with porcini mushrooms was absolutely fantastic. We'll be back as soon as we're in Annecy again. Goodbye!
