15/04/2026: Fabulous Hotel, Staff, Location and food!. I have been coming to this hotel for 4 years now with my children and brother. Hotel is 20m from the piste and 100m from Mottaret centre, literally the perfect location. The staff are fantastic and always available and willing to help no matter what the request, including putting up with endless requests for hot chocolate (with cream and marsh mellows) from the poor bar stuff, thank so much for your patience! There is no other hotel we would even consider in Meribel. Thank you Katie for always being so welcoming and lovely. Your hotel feels like a home from home. Will see you next season of course 😉

05/07/2026: The waiter was very kind and helpful (we had a wasp buzzing around us on the terrace, which wasn't pleasant, and he kindly agreed to move us inside), which was very thoughtful of him! Moreover, the food was delicious! You can go there without hesitation; the savory crepes are generous and excellent. I particularly loved the raclette crepe and the Rambouillet dessert crepe! Delicious! Great place, we'll be back!

10/06/2026: The hotel is definitely convenient because it's very close to Disneyland Paris, whether you're driving or walking: a 10-minute walk takes you to the Bussy Saint George station, and two stops on the RER A takes you to the park entrances. That said, I wasn't thrilled with the hotel, which was undergoing renovations, and as a result, everything was poorly organized: it wasn't clear where the reception was, and we even had trouble getting to the rooms and elevators. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing, but for me, there were two major downsides: the light in the room at night was as bright as day, probably due to the streetlights outside, but mostly because the curtains didn't cover the window properly, so I couldn't sleep; another problem was that there was only one towel per person: no hand towel, and no extra small one, which is essential on some occasions. The breakfast was plentiful, but nothing special. Overall, a good place to stay, but with some aspects that could definitely be improved. I hope that these little things will improve as the work is completed. The quality-price ratio is still good.

10/06/2026: After a 3-day seminar, the only positive point was the bedding; otherwise, for 170 euros plus meals, it was a disaster. The breakfast buffet was the poorest in France, and the chicken and fish meals were always the same. Apart from the welcome by a charming lady, it's unacceptable to charge such an amount. Furthermore, the arrival was chaotic, with a manager who, I think, dismissed a new employee while yelling at him. There was no housekeeping during our stay, and no towels were provided.

16/07/2026: I come to this restaurant regularly and I've never been disappointed. The welcome is always warm, the service is pleasant, and the food is consistently excellent. It's the kind of place you happily return to, both for the food and the atmosphere. You can tell the team is dedicated to doing things well, and it shows with every visit. I highly recommend it!

30/09/2025: A word of advice: don't stop at this place. The food is absolutely terrible. And if you can't find anything else, then fast—it's better! Don't trust the rave reviews. On a weekday evening, we wanted a quick burger... it was served as a kit, with bad bread, burnt meat, and we'd been warned that they were out of Corsican cheese and had replaced it with cheddar, which was served unopened straight out of the package... And to top it all off, we had to wait 30 minutes for it. Absolutely dreadful.

19/05/2026: An incredible interaction with one of Boulotte's employees that particularly shocked me. I ordered a truffle ham sandwich, and the employee asked if I wanted it heated/toasted. I asked him if he thought it was appropriate, and his casual reply was: "I don't know, I'm Muslim." What was the point of discussing his religion (and in such a manner!) amidst the ham sandwiches he supposedly serves daily? Surprising. One of his colleagues came to the rescue, ironic damage control, but ultimately pointless. I heard the same employee speak to the next customer in the same flippant manner; it must be the "Boulotte" style... I'll pass. The anecdote was certainly well-received.

13/06/2026: Friday. 1:30 a.m. (so Saturday) This restaurant, a Proustian madeleine from my ill-fated student days, makes me reminisce about times past, not so long ago. We are in a temple of gastronomy, whether it's para-, post-, pre-, or otherwise—and even boozy! An establishment that, since the good old days of my first visit, has managed to maintain a trajectory that allows it to welcome the inebriated, but more importantly, the festive crowd. It's a place without judgment, where kindness reigns supreme for those who know how to give it, and where the land flourishes thanks to the verbena cultivated by others.

09/06/2026: We only ordered one kebab, and they offered us a TRAY of fries with mayonnaise! Excellent! We recommend it!
