24/06/2026: Honestly, this pub should be covered by health insurance. Corcoran's is simple: I always know what time I arrive, but I never know what time (or what state) I'll leave! The atmosphere is incredible, whether it's a quiet weekday, a packed football match on the weekend, or Wednesday karaoke night. But the real treasure of this bar is the team. Fahed, Kate, Cimile, Imen, Pierre, Léo... you are all just exceptional. Each one as brilliant and funny as the next. At this level of kindness, it's not even customer service anymore, it's practically adoption! You've become family (I'm going to ask to be added to the bar's family register soon). You can feel a real team spirit and an amazing collective that just makes you want to come back every day. In short, if you've never stepped inside for a drink, you're missing out on Parisian life. Go for it without hesitation (all your problems will be solved)! A huge thank you to the whole team, you guys are amazing. ❤️

22/07/2026: A fantastic find, discovered by chance on our holiday road trip! Just 8 minutes from the motorway exit, it's the perfect place for a break. The setting is truly lovely, with a beautiful, shaded terrace that's clean and well-maintained. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and the food delicious. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return!

07/06/2026: The restaurant will close permanently this summer, but the shop will be relocated to another location in Nîmes. And that's just as well, because their teas and herbal infusions are fantastic! And their Turkish delight is delicious.

03/07/2026: A great, rustic restaurant with a large terrace. The menu is concise but offers something for everyone. More affordable than many other restaurants in Paris. The food was delicious and arrived very quickly despite the restaurant being full. Water in a carafe was complimentary and refilled regularly (excellent service in 40°C heat). On weekends, there's an all-you-can-eat buffet for €25 per person. You might have to wait for a table, but it was well worth it. If we ever return to Paris, we'll definitely go back.

21/06/2026: I wanted to try their breakfast, and before ordering, I specifically asked if the orange juice was freshly squeezed that day. They assured me it was… which was a blatant lie. The juice was bottled 100% orange pulp juice. When I discovered this, the waiter replied that yes, it was bottled juice, but it had been freshly squeezed at some point! I appreciate the humor, but not the rip-off. I must say that the first waiter was neither friendly nor efficient. I would add that eating small, mass-produced croissants quickly baked in the oven in Paris is extremely disappointing. I won't be going back, and it's not for lack of trying. What a shame. I recommend Café Gabriel next door; it's nicer and better quality.

24/05/2026: A small family meal, succulent duck breast, pork belly—how can I put it? The best dish I've ever had in a restaurant, it couldn't have been better. My sincere congratulations to the chef; it was simply perfect.

23/05/2026: The portions were fantastic, the Cassoulet was incredible—I couldn't finish it, and I have a big appetite! It would have been perfect for sharing. Perhaps it wasn't the right day; it was hot… It's meant to be similar to the traditional mountain stew, but without cabbage and with duck and pork (Chon), since it also had sausage… and it also has a similarity to Asturian bean stew, but only that: “a similarity.” It's different. As for the meat with fries and salad, it was incredibly tender and cooked perfectly… The service was super attentive. Impeccable. Highly recommended.

15/05/2026: From starter to main course and dessert, I found them all to be very good. The staff is very friendly, and there are always a few amuse-bouches as accompaniments, which is a nice touch. The service is quick and efficient, and the dishes are beautifully presented. I would especially like to highlight the duck breast with its sweet potato purée (?) which was divine and cooked to perfection! If you're not from the area, I also recommend the cheese platter featuring exclusively regional cheeses. Finally, a small detail: the menu changes weekly, as far as I understand. However, one slightly disappointing aspect was the armchairs. They were very comfortable, but when you're tall like me (over 1.85m), your knee touches the table, making the position rather uncomfortable. But that didn't change my opinion; despite that, it was a very enjoyable experience!

14/05/2026: Arrived at 1:33 PM, after a detour. There were 10 people in the restaurant. We asked for a table for 3. The response was that they no longer take orders after 1:30 PM! For 3 minutes...
