21/04/2026: Excellent experience! The service was pleasantly fast. The welcome was very friendly, and the food was good and affordable for a restaurant of this type. I recommend it!

06/04/2026: We had a company lunch on-site. I loved the quality of the food, which I'll definitely introduce to my children at one of our upcoming birthday parties. I especially enjoyed the beautiful plates of burgers and fries that I saw being served while I was eating. See you soon!

18/02/2026: The menu was very good, but the portions weren't sufficient (especially the lamb chop; there should have been at least two for the price of the dish). A small comment to the chef, who justified the portion size by saying it was cooked thoroughly (but a raw lamb chop rarely weighs 150g of meat on its own without the bone). Also, there was no "classic" meat dish for those who don't like lamb or red mullet (squab wasn't included in the menu). Scallops are an option if you're not allergic. Ultimately, you're mainly paying for the restaurant's beautiful setting, as we were left wanting more.

16/05/2026: I used to go to this restaurant from time to time, I really liked it... tonight, with a friend, I chose a Thai salad, which usually has a certain coriander flavor and other different flavors. I ended up with a green salad and four tasteless pieces of beef... extremely disappointing, especially since I spend so much time in Thailand... then I ordered Thai pork ribs with lemongrass... I ended up with hard, dry pork knuckles (nothing like ribs at all), my friend couldn't even taste them because they were so hard to cut... I practically left everything without anyone asking if I hadn't liked it. My friend opted for ginger beef... without ginger... very, very, very disappointing. I used to like it, but I won't be going back. Too noisy, tasteless, a high-volume factory... it used to be very good... but that was before (it's a shame I can't post pictures of the dishes).

05/04/2026: The welcome is incredible, always with a smile! They're constantly running around, never idle!! The food is very good. My only slight complaint is about the sautéed shrimp: there are too many onions, which overpower the dish. Otherwise, everything else is very good. Reasonable price.

16/04/2026: A superb discovery! We had dinner at Vintrépide last night with friends, and everything was perfect for a wonderful evening. We were seated in the quiet cellar, surrounded by bottles of wine—a truly intimate atmosphere. The welcome was warm and attentive, and the wine list is simply outstanding. As for the food, the selection is intentionally limited, which for me is a real sign of quality: seasonal produce, homemade dishes… and this is confirmed on the plate! We sampled several starters and main courses: the cooking was perfectly executed, the seasonings spot-on, and each dish was meticulously prepared. Special mention should also go to the fact that there are only two of them, one in the kitchen and one serving. A huge congratulations for this daily dedication—we know the realities of the profession, and it's not always easy. It's the kind of place you leave feeling like you had a truly great time, with absolutely no regrets. As a restaurant owner myself, I'm quite demanding… and this place is flawless: 10/10. 04/04/2026: We came here twice . First evening was fine with good food but with rather cold service. The second night was completely different. We haven’t eaten all day so we were looking forward to eat in the evening in the restaurant. As in many French restaurants the portions are small , but this was not a problem. For the main course we ordered the pigeon a very small portion and we noticed that we were not brought the bread. This is something that never happens here in France in generally the bread is a must. I have asked the waiter to bring us the bread and we waited and waited but the bread never came as the waiter preferred to chat with other customers. We ate we stood up we paid without saying anything but I have no intention to come back to this restaurant. I note that other customers have also complained about the service .

28/04/2026: The atmosphere is cool and welcoming, but the salmon on my colleague's plate was literally brown. We pointed it out, but they told us it was normal. In the end, I'm the one who got food poisoning from their very low-quality kebabs… The bill was honestly quite reasonable for 2026 (without the €30 doctor's visit), but seriously, it's disgusting, so I don't recommend it.

04/06/2026: I'm rediscovering this restaurant! The welcome was fantastic, the advice was excellent, the portions were very generous and delicious, the meat was high quality—everything was perfect. And to top it all off, the desserts were incredibly good. Don't leave without the complimentary glass of Dijon mustard (I don't drink alcohol, but it was fantastic). You can go there without hesitation; the prices are very reasonable. Next time I'll try the pizzas.

19/04/2026: No dough, no pizza. Order canceled. To clarify: I placed the order at 7 PM and called at 8 PM to cancel it. It's getting more and more disastrous. They're out of toppings on the pizzas, and the staff are incredibly rude. And now they call me saying: No dough, no pizza, we've canceled, have a good evening.

13/05/2026: Exquisite! A little bit hidden. But this restaurant has to be tried if you go to Aix en Provence. Cosy, confortable atomspher with excellent food.

17/05/2026: A wonderful stay at the beach hotel, located right on the seafront. A very quiet and relaxing place with a very pleasant staff. The breakfast was fantastic! The rooms are very clean and exactly as pictured. I highly recommend it.

13/05/2026: The receptionists are super friendly, and so is the owner. The largest rooms are 1 and 10. Super comfortable bed.

21/03/2026: We waited inside for over fifteen minutes without a single server coming to take our order. And yet, it wasn't even crowded. So we left. That's how a business loses customers. It's completely unprofessional.

19/05/2026: A carefully prepared meal with delicious à la carte dishes in a pleasant outdoor setting (terrace). The staff were very friendly and attentive, without being pretentious.

04/05/2026: This is our second visit. We love the rustic and secluded feel of the rooms. We want to commend the young waiters who pampered us with such kindness. We were also touched by the arrangement of a shuttle service on this rainy day. Well done to everyone: this kind of attentive and warm welcome is becoming increasingly rare.
