27/08/2026: Between the cassoulet (absolutely divine) and the frozen cassoulet for dessert (nougat ice cream), David, you truly spoiled us! We'll definitely be back if we're ever in Castelnaudary. I highly recommend it.

26/08/2026: Passing through town, we had a rental 50 meters away and didn't feel like using the car. What an excellent idea! We had a wonderful meal!! We tried the mussels as a starter (which were very good) and the tuna steak cooked to order was delicious!! The profiteroles for dessert were decadent and perfect. I highly recommend it!! We'll have to come back to try the cassoulet!!

09/08/2026: We came to Cherbourg for a holiday and to explore the area, but I was a bit disappointed with the service, which I found completely unprofessional. The waitresses were clearly drinking right next to us. I ordered a glass of dry white wine, and they served me a semi-dry one. When I told them I knew a lot about wine, they even had the nerve to tell me they didn't know why they'd given it to me because it was "disgusting." A bit disappointed, I won't be back.

18/08/2026: What can I say… The food and the staff are top-notch! The setting is lovely, with a nice terrace on the side. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the dishes. We've been 3 or 4 times already, and we definitely plan to come back!

16/06/2026: Lovely restaurant tucked away in the corner behind St.Anns Church. Open only for 2.5h for lunch, but amazing food. Just short menu of a delicious french meals. Very reasonable priced. Lovely atmosphere and friendly service, despite the language barrier.

31/08/2026: A very nice restaurant with professional staff, using local produce, and well-prepared dishes. Attention to detail in the presentation and decor. Everything is top-notch. The only downside, I would say, is that the €8 supplement for some dishes is unjustified.

13/08/2026: A very good experience at Petit Bao! The restaurant has a really nice style and the service is quick. The dishes are excellent, with lovely flavors and lots of taste. The only slight drawback: some dishes are a little too oily, which can make them feel a bit heavy. But overall, the flavors are definitely there and the experience remains very positive. A great place to discover delicious Chinese cuisine!

02/08/2026: Beautiful setting, but very average food. While the place is charming and pleasant, the food doesn't live up to it. A soft-boiled egg served as a starter, followed by a meat dish and a dessert that were just okay, but completely unremarkable. The menu is short and the setting is really nice, but the food lacks flavor and that little something extra that makes all the difference. It's a shame; we won't be back.

26/08/2026: What a wonderful discovery!!! La Loy restaurant is a bit hidden and probably much easier to find in winter. In summer, it's located by the side of a path, and we stumbled upon it completely by chance while mountain biking downhill… and we're so glad we stopped! Again, many mountain restaurants were closed, especially on Mondays. La Loy was one of the few places open, and even better, 7 days a week. But let's get back to the main point… super friendly staff, fast and attentive service. We arrived in the rain, and the whole team did everything they could to ensure we could still eat on the terrace, comfortably seated and enjoying the magnificent mountain views. The setting is superb, the welcome warm, and the experience truly delightful. An amazing place, worth discovering, seeing, and above all, where you absolutely must stop for a meal! 👏👏👏
