12/05/2026: I was appalled by the appalling welcome we received from the two women at this ice cream shop on Sunday. I was surprised that they could be so unprofessional and inhumane. We wanted to buy an ice cream and a bottle of water around 9 pm, so we went to this Amorino. Not a single greeting (it was an embarrassed customer who finally said hello, believe it or not). So we walked up to the counter and waited, knowing that the previous customer had left and that we were the only ones left. And waited, and waited… until we realized that they weren't going to speak to us or serve us, and for no apparent reason. So we left, feeling like we were seriously bothering them. And of course, true to their nonexistent hospitality, they didn't even bother to say goodbye. Unbelievable. We thought we might have arrived at closing time, but not at all. They were simply too busy chatting amongst themselves. Luckily, the shopkeepers next door were normal and allowed us to end our evening on a positive note, because things had gotten off to a bad start.

07/05/2026: Limited selection but good products. However, the brunette manager with brown eyes is incredibly rude and lacks basic manners, making you want to leave without buying anything. She didn't even say hello, just blurted out: "Before you move forward, you need to choose a model," in a manner that was cold and pretentious to say the least. I looked at her, thanked her, and left. For your information, there were six of us who were potential customers, and we all went to a competitor. I feel sorry for the actual manager, who will surely give this young woman a good talking-to. 14/06/2026: Disastrous for the third time. Yet always at different times. The managers are completely overwhelmed. The lobby is a disaster, the bins are overflowing. Yet the burgers are in the freezer. The counter is disorganized, nonexistent. The organization needs to be reviewed, and quickly.

13/06/2026: Hello, I came to eat on Friday around 3 pm. There were a lot of people at the drive-thru and counter, but the single employee managed everything incredibly well. There was a bit of a wait, but that's understandable since she was working alone. Frankly, I would have left if I had. She was a very nice person; I don't know her first name, but this lady handled everything perfectly and remained very polite, saying things like "Hello," "Enjoy your meal," etc. The restaurant was very clean.

07/03/2026: Excellent welcome. A good meal with an excellent terrine, well-prepared starters and main courses, average desserts, and impersonal but efficient service. Spacious and pleasant room (no coffee machine, unfortunately) and the Wi-Fi was a bit weak. Superb breakfast (truly homemade) served by a very friendly young woman. Overall, a positive experience.

12/02/2026: Definitely the best hotel in the northern sector. Quiet, clean, and spacious rooms. Excellent cuisine. Always a very warm welcome. For a business trip, the mobile network isn't ideal.

21/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome today from the owner, who was very friendly and helpful. The menu offered a good selection. We highly recommend this place.

19/03/2026: Back after a few years' absence, and the chef hasn't lost his touch. The food is incredibly delicious, served with exceptional kindness and professionalism. The welcome is warm, enhanced by a genuine and sincere smile. I know few establishments where you're recognized after such a long absence. A must-visit in Auch. 5-star recommendation.

28/04/2026: Just having arrived in Monpazier, I walked in to Restaurant Eleonore late and without a reservation. Isabelle, the owner was very accommodating offering me a table even though it was at the end of their dinner service. The meal of filet of beef was delicious and the presentation wonderful. Danin my server was exceptional and anticipated my every need. I highly recommend dinner at Restaurant Eleonore.

27/12/2025: Christmas Eve: A refined and welcoming atmosphere. Impeccable service. The menu: sophisticated, refined, elegant, and absolutely wonderful. The quality of the ingredients is beautifully showcased by the chef and his team. Special mention goes to the duck breast Wellington. It was well worth the 1 hour and 15 minute drive!

10/05/2026: "Imperial Couscous": the adjective was the only generous thing about the order. I say this with all the more regret because not so long ago, it was truly excellent here. But this lunchtime, from 12:00 (scheduled time) to 12:40 (delivery time), I had time to entertain illusions—which crumbled the moment I opened the containers. Let's start with the basics: no merguez sausage in an imperial couscous; it's just a pot-au-feu in disguise. A single packet of harissa for three people is misplaced optimism. No raisins either, but never mind. The vegetables were swimming in oil, the zucchini had been chopped with an axe, and the chickpeas—three in total, two of which were burnt—seemed to have been accidentally left there. How do you burn chickpeas in couscous? I'm still wondering. The chicken, clearly boiled without any seasoning, was falling apart into mush. The ras el hanout had been replaced with paprika alone—this isn't couscous, it's a Spanish soup gone awry. The dumplings were burnt and stuffed with vegetable peelings. The mutton, overcooked and cut into enormous chunks, completed the picture. The sauce, bright red, had neither body nor depth. I'm not asking for perfection, but an imperial couscous deserves at least to exist as such. I sincerely hope this is a one-off and not the new standard, because the memory of the good work done before deserves better than this.

03/05/2026: Stopped here on our travels through France 🇫🇷 lovely restaurant, the staff were lovely, polite and understood us ( as shamelessly poor French speakers we don't know much french), the food was amazing though I tried the steak and my partner had the beef tartar, both very good sized meals with chips and salad, we were given 4 little appetisers which were different but also tasty, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated and for our two meals and drinks it came to 52.00 euros which for that in England would have been double and far less quality so overall would recommend if your passing through 😀

The service is impeccable, thanks to Vittoria and Mehdi who ensure that every detail is taken care of to make your experience unforgettable. The quality of the meat is simply exceptional, and each dish is a delight for the taste buds. It is undoubtedly THE restaurant to recommend for those seeking a gourmet experience focused on meat. However, one small drawback: the servers' comings and goings in the dining room can sometimes seem a little intrusive and repetitive. That said, the value for money is very good. The waitress Zohra is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of fine cuisine.

14/06/2026: Located on a small square, this brasserie is always packed! Delicious homemade food, crispy fries, and flavorful, perfectly cooked meat! Great taste, quality, and excellent service. The welcome is friendly, and the service is quick and efficient. Don't miss it, and it's best to make a reservation! A large dining room and a terrace.
