The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the two young owners are incredibly attentive—they even took the time to tell us about their journey, baby in hand. You can taste the passion and authenticity behind every dish. We were there for the annual meal of our Arts & Loisirs Callac association, and everyone left delighted. We'll definitely be back!

13/02/2026: A hidden gem in Raon-l'Étape: Go for it without hesitation! While traveling in the area, I called this restaurant on a whim for lunch, and what a surprise! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a wonderful atmosphere in a modern and stylish setting. What immediately strikes you is the perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. The service is both professional and warm; you instantly feel at ease. As for the food, the lunch menu is absolutely flawless: The starter: An excellent rabbit terrine. You can taste the "homemade" quality from the first bite, it's undeniable. The main course: A fillet of pollack with sweet potato, all enhanced by an incredible sauce... The chef is right to keep it a secret; it's truly memorable! The dessert: An apple-blueberry clafoutis so delicate it would make any gourmet blush. A truly wonderful discovery! 01/04/2026: Restaurant located in a former grocery store. Very welcoming, set menu with reasonable prices and local products. Sparkling aperitif 🥂 with a very smooth chestnut liqueur – a delight. Excellent food. I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: We ate here on Valentine's Day for a champagne dinner. The dishes were superb. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, all accompanied by free-flowing champagne. The welcome was warm and friendly. The decor is fantastic, in a historic building in the center of Valence.

A superb hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the Brèche de Roland – peaceful and serene. Secondly, congratulations to the Chef and his sous-chef; the cuisine was full of flavor and refined – a true delight for our taste buds. The breakfast was generous, and let's not forget the very pleasant waiter. We will gladly return; there is so much more to discover in this magnificent region of the Pyrenees.
