23/09/2026: A wonderful discovery at this neighborhood restaurant, La Cave Schutzenberger! Everything was perfect from start to finish. I ordered the beef: the meat was absolutely delicious and incredibly tender, perfectly coated in a rich and succulent shallot sauce. The touch of slightly sweet sweet potato purée to garnish the plate was a real treat. It was served with fries and a very fresh salad, made to order. The Pinot Noir chosen to accompany the dish was excellent, and the value for money is simply unbeatable. A welcoming place you'll want to return to; I highly recommend it! ☺️
