21/07/2026: Honestly, no, they're very rude and disrespectful, and they try to rip you off... and on top of that, they're arrogant. Honestly, if it's the only place, then tough it out, but if not, go to McDonald's... at least they treat you well. By the way, the beers were charged for something they weren't supposed to... And watch out, the price is more expensive than a mixed drink.

02/04/2026: €60 for two, the value for money was absolutely terrible… The leeks were probably straight from the freezer, they were tasteless, just water. My partner ordered them with duck gizzards, and they were cold compared to the rest of the crepe. The crepes in general weren't hot, barely lukewarm, and completely bland… My partner isn't fussy, but he felt like he was eating in a school cafeteria! A bit disappointed despite the friendly welcome and quick service.

05/07/2026: The room was very nice, but the bathroom was upstairs and very hot as there was no air conditioning and no window in the bathroom. Otherwise, the bathroom was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the breakfast good. The location is very quiet, but there's a lack of parking; I stayed three nights and it wasn't easy to find a spot.
28/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Auberge de l'Aspre. The setting is magnificent, the room very pleasant and comfortable, and the food excellent! A great find!

The fish is fresh, the dishes are original and respectful of Japanese cuisine, the restaurant isn't very large, and the staff is very welcoming. I loved the sushi with foie gras and the variety of fresh fish.

The service, the speed – amazing! – so well-organized with truly excellent, very friendly, attentive, and cheerful staff. Your pub, bar, and restaurant is a lot of fun, and the food is really good! We also enjoyed a wonderful bottle of rosé wine: Caveau de la Tour, a Grenache – top-notch!! It was lovely, thank you :-))

01/06/2026: An excellent little restaurant whose six-course menu is worthy of a Michelin star. The dishes are sophisticated, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The wine suggestions are anything but lazy: here, they don't just offer you bottles you find everywhere; there's a real effort put into sourcing them. The service is efficient and very professional. In short, one of the best bistronomic restaurants in Toulouse. Here's hoping for a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide.
