16/04/2026: Mountain dining: it can't be cheap, but the food was decent. Attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Located right at the bottom of the Alpe des Tés cable car: you can walk there.

11/06/2026: A wonderful discovery last night! A truly authentic bistro, just the way we like them, with its warm atmosphere, small checkered tablecloths, and simple, friendly charm. We enjoyed absolutely delicious bone marrow and suckling pig: flavorful and generous dishes. A place where you feel comfortable and want to return!

11/06/2026: This is a French restaurant that's supposedly impossible to get a reservation at. A friend of a friend made a reservation for us, and we went. They don't have a children's menu, but they're incredibly accommodating; if you tell them what you want to eat, they'll prepare it for you. The staff are friendly and kind, and they're incredibly attentive to children. The portions are huge; an appetizer, main course, and dessert will leave you absolutely stuffed. Even adding dessert to the main course is a struggle. Everything was delicious, and I ended up eating too much.

18/05/2026: I had the trout and potatoes, and my friend had the asparagus and salad. We both enjoyed our food. The mocktail mojito was also very good. The service was pleasant and the setting was lovely.

16/06/2026: A perfect 10 experience. The service was excellent: all the waiters were very friendly, attentive, and pleasant at all times. We also enjoyed a terrace with incredible views, and a highlight was that they allow dogs, which we greatly appreciated as we could eat with our dog. For our main course, we ordered calamari with tartar sauce, which was spectacular. For our second course, we had a fish dish with vegetables, egg, and cheese, and grilled beef with potatoes and salad; both were delicious and beautifully presented. To finish, we had two scoops of ice cream, which were fantastic. In total, the meal for two people with two IPA beers came to €67, which we found to be excellent value for money considering the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the service. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place that we will definitely return to.

16/01/2026: Definitely the best soups ever! The lentils one and the chicken soup are so delicious I’ve been dreaming of having more of them! And it comes with free bread which is very fresh and delicious!

24/04/2026: A fantastic discovery! 🍽️ From the warm welcome to the dessert, everything was perfect. The dishes are delicious and prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can really feel the attention to detail, both in the kitchen and in the service. Special mention for the staff, who were attentive and always smiling. The atmosphere is pleasant, ideal for spending quality time with friends or family. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely be back!

12/06/2026: A wonderful experience at Gran Café Convivium! The doorman, Diabaté, was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. A big thank you also to the entire team for their professionalism, good humor, and excellent service. It was truly a pleasure to be received with such warmth and friendliness. I highly recommend this establishment!

12/06/2026: Why am I writing this review? I find this restaurant very inconsiderate with extras. For example, I ordered a set menu but didn't order the included dessert. Instead, I asked for a coffee. They charged me extra. Not dishonest, but inconsiderate. As for the food, the cooking wasn't done properly and the dishes were a bit heavy.

02/06/2026: While on vacation, the very friendly waiters let us sit down for a drink around 3 pm. That was very kind, thank you! My husband ordered a "café bon plan" (special offer coffee), which had a really nice presentation. I can't consume lactose, so I had a beer instead. But just looking at it, I really love the texture of the pastry in the "café bon plan," it looks so soft! The view is breathtaking. The only thing that could be improved is the very basic restrooms. Everything else is perfect!

28/05/2026: We visited for both lunch (11:45am-6pm) and dinner (6:45pm-9pm) and found a very motivated team, excellent and substantial food, and very good drinks. The value for money is absolutely right; we had the full dinner package (aperitif, bottle of wine and water, cocktail) and it cost €50 per person.

20/05/2026: I knew this restaurant from having lunch there a few years ago; the portions were generous, and the pizzas were good. Today, that's no longer the case. We ordered a sharing platter of baby squid, and we received six lukewarm and bland pieces. Then we ordered two salads with burrata, which were sparsely garnished (two lettuce leaves and five strips of marinated zucchini). We had to ask for the pesto, which was missing! And we were given a "ladleful" of pesto on our two meager salads... We watched the pizzas go by; they were sparsely topped, visibly smaller than expected, and the crust wasn't cooked. The servers were quite friendly, but there's definitely a staffing problem in the kitchen. In short, we won't be going back anytime soon.
