17/06/2026: Half the meal was inedible, the ice cream wasn't the same order, one salad was missing the dressing, and the staff changed. If they can't read an order, I wouldn't recommend it.

13/06/2026: I'm quite disappointed to see that the McFlurry has changed… either McDonald's St. Paul has changed its supplier, or it's just cheap Italian ice cream from the beach; it's practically sorbet! It has nothing to do with the usual cream. I'll post pictures, but unfortunately, you can't see the taste or the awful grainy texture.

The limited menu is a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality and its use of only fresh ingredients. The sheer number of dishes and overly diverse offerings suggests that the food is frozen and not prepared with care. A must-try.

15/05/2026: Be careful! We ordered the plat du jour and it was more like the leftovers du jour- paella with one prawn and a bunch of mussels. it tasted okay-maybe slightly undercooked but the discomfort afterwords was real. Me and my boyfriend got indigestion and reflux. Maybe we are just not up to those amazing French cooking standards but so be it- I want my food to be fresh and tasty. The service was okay, I speak fluent French so after a couple of minutes I managed to convince the waiter to seat us- since apparently without a reservation for this “luxurious” establishment your chances of getting a table are really low. I think if you’re a foreign tourists, it might get unpleasant.

20/09/2025: For our last evening in Narbonne Plage, we wanted to try this little restaurant that had been catching our eye for a while. And we weren't disappointed. The menu is small but high quality. The portions are generous. The service and welcome were top-notch. Very warm and friendly.

18/09/2025: I've known this place for almost 35 years, and the quality is always there! The recent change of ownership hasn't affected its excellent reputation at all: the food is simple but delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The 5 stars are well deserved, keep up the good work! 😍

23/05/2026: A magnificent place with an incredible view! The ambiance is simply perfect, the service is quick and attentive, and the dishes are absolutely delicious with beautiful presentation. I particularly recommend trying the cherry Aperol—a real discovery! Everything went wonderfully well; the evening was perfect. 05/05/2026: Yesterday, May 4, 2026, all-you-can-eat couscous. €12.45. Very few vegetables, three large frozen turnips that were still cold, lukewarm broth, no chickpeas. Two merguez sausages: I'm curious to know who sold them those. Mr. Manager, call me, I'll take you to real merguez manufacturers. Even if you want, I can help the cook, but don't ruin your establishment like this. I'm a regular customer and I've always been satisfied. But this couscous? NO, NO, and NO. Don't do it again. Just forget it.

04/05/2026: A very beautiful, peaceful, bucolic spot, surrounded by greenery and a magnificent park; perhaps that justifies the price of the menu, which I found a bit expensive. For €50, there's nothing particularly "sophisticated." The side dishes are quite simple (new potatoes), as are the profiteroles and chocolate entremets... a bit predictable.

02/05/2026: A magical place. However, the food was rather mediocre and didn't live up to the establishment's self-promotional image. First time I've ever ordered a glass of wine and had it brought directly to me without showing the bottle (perhaps a boxed wine?). The service was incredibly slow, even though it was noon. Quite amateurish. The veal rump with morel sauce was delicious, but I didn't see a single morel in it... The desserts were similar to what you'd find at a brasserie, nothing more.

09/06/2026: My daughter and I were very disappointed with your bland carbonara… except for an indefinable, acidic, or harsh aftertaste. Tasting the "parmesan" on its own, it turned out to be the cheese that was "spicy." As we were leaving, I mentioned our disappointment to the person who served me, who was very surprised. For the record, this is the first time I've been so disappointed by a restaurant and dared to express it, but for €31, I think I can! On the other hand, the staff were very friendly and professional… Thank you to them.

02/05/2026: My wife and her colleagues from the town hall went to this restaurant on Wednesday, a place we'd frequented for several years for coffee after our walks in downtown Bordeaux. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was cold, without a smile or any real attention, especially from a young brunette woman. My wife and her colleagues had forgotten to make a reservation, which can happen, but a little more cordiality would have been appreciated nonetheless. The wait to order was particularly long, only to receive a mistake with one of the dishes. After so much time, this is hard to accept. When it came time to pay, the prices seemed quite high considering the quality of the food. The dishes tasted okay, but the presentation left much to be desired, giving an impression of carelessness. I don't want to criticize the establishment, but there are clearly areas for improvement. A disappointing experience that doesn't make us want to return anytime soon.

29/05/2026: The restaurant is beautifully situated on the avenue. You're seated quickly, but if you haven't ordered within 30 seconds, you won't be served. We then waited a quarter of an hour (the restaurant wasn't very full) to place our order. We called the waiter again, he said he'd be right there, and then made us wait another 10 minutes. We left. Two restaurants down the road, we got some ice cream and thoroughly enjoyed it.
