12/08/2026: Very good smash burgers, very good raspberry ketchup or smoky spicy sauces that accompany the fries, very reasonable prices, very pleasant service.

23/08/2026: I had a rather unpleasant experience at Boli Café a while ago; I went with a friend who ordered food. I ordered kimchi myself, as I couldn't eat anything else on the menu due to my condition (phenylketonuria). When it came time to pay, the waiter pointed out that he had made an exception and that if I wanted to come back, I would have to order something larger. I explained my condition to him, but it didn't make much difference. As a result, in their quest for profit, they lost a customer. It's a shame, and I sincerely hope that the staff at Boli Café will take a step back and be more considerate of future customers in the same situation. On a positive note, the kimchi was very good.

01/05/2026: A pizzeria just the way we like it: small and family-run, a far cry from all those chain restaurants! The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the welcome is second to none. The pizzas are a delight ❤️ and the cleanliness is impeccable. A truly great place to recommend; we had a wonderful time there with my daughter. I highly recommend it without hesitation and can't wait to go back. Say hi to David 😂 from Marie and Lisa 😜

30/04/2026: A delicious restaurant! A very warm welcome, with fast service.

18/08/2026: Beautiful nature reserve! You shouldn't be afraid of heights... I even cycled the Gorges once from Le Gard. Tough (steep slopes) but majestic. In the high season, however, it gets very crowded with tourists who view it more as an amusement park than a nature reserve. A little further south lies the Gard Cévennes, much quieter!!

13/08/2026: A magnificent place, with incredible natural surroundings. Unfortunately, the first thing you'll hear every morning, from 8:00 AM until 7:30 PM, is the ultralight aircraft and small planes flying over the Pont d'Arc. Their truly unpleasant drone clearly spoils the experience and completely detracts from this exceptional location. How can a handful of people be allowed to ruin the enjoyment of thousands of tourists and locals? I sincerely believe that the town of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and the nature reserve should clearly prohibit this type of activity over this site. Attached is a short excerpt of what you can hear.

16/08/2026: My partner and I stumbled upon this bar for a meal. The waiter was very welcoming and pleasant. Good value for money; the portions were generous and the prices reasonable. We highly recommend this place.

18/07/2026: I stopped by for a quick coffee in the early afternoon of July 16th. I waited at the entrance, said hello, and a manager told me to take a seat. After waiting for a while, I did. I saw several waiters and waitresses walk past me without saying a word. I finally gestured, and a waiter approached and said "Hello" in a mocking tone, as if to imply that I should have said hello, even though I had done so upon entering. I told him I would like a coffee and a drink, please. He went to find a colleague and seemed to be ignoring me (I didn't understand). Five minutes later, he returned and asked for my order again. A little while later, he came back without my coffee but asked me to pay. Surprised, I replied, "But I don't have my coffee!" He responded, "That's how it is here." I agreed to pay, especially since I was sitting on the terrace, but I wanted my coffee to be there. Don't make a fuss, I want to pay. I give him €10.20 for a €2.10 coffee. He doesn't want cash and asks for my bank card. I tell him I don't have my card on me. I've never seen anything like it! Either he didn't know how to give change, especially with the exact amount! It's outrageous. Anyway, I left, and when he saw me leaving, he said, "Wait, I'll ask my colleagues if they have any." I think all this drama just for a coffee is ridiculous. And I was really polite, and I didn't even get angry 😒, even though I could have. I went to get my coffee next door at the pub. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly, and I paid with my €10 note without any problem. Where is the Café du Théâtre I knew? It's so sad 😥 Keep an eye on your employees, and I certainly won't be advertising.

12/07/2026: A little disappointed with our last amateur show, where most of the friends who were with us dozed off. The actors are very good in their own way, but not up to the standards of the restaurant-theater.

30/07/2026: A lovely time in a warm and welcoming place with smiling and friendly owners. The food was also excellent; I thoroughly enjoyed the risotto and the French toast was divine.

24/07/2026: We arrived late and they were very helpful. The set menu was exceptional. Great choice!

20/08/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant and had dinner there: it was excellent! From the service to the quality of the food and the presentation, we were won over! 🤩

11/08/2026: The best sushi restaurant in Bordeaux. We spent a relaxing time enjoying the excellent quality sushi and delicious gyozas. €50 for three people. The service was very attentive and friendly.

05/09/2026: Great evening at the Village Suisse. Despite the sophistication of the restaurant, they were super welcoming with the young kid we had with us. Food was delicious and seasonal, and the recommended wine was an excellent and decently priced pairing. Thank you!

30/08/2026: We had a wonderful time; the staff were very pleasant and the dishes were all delicious. It's very child-friendly. We also noticed that customers were seated at distant points to maintain a much-appreciated sense of privacy.

31/08/2026: Disappointing Service – Unfortunately Not Recommended We recently dined here and were extremely disappointed. Although we were shown to our table immediately upon arrival, we then had to wait ages before we even received a menu – and even then, only after explicitly asking for one. The service seemed completely overwhelmed (as it turned out, it was only the server's second day on the job). When ordering, we specifically asked if the Pink Chai Latte would be made with coffee, which the server explicitly confirmed. However, we were then served a version without coffee. When we politely pointed out the mistake, the situation unfortunately became very unpleasant: Instead of professionally rectifying the error, the server initially denied having given that information. The reaction was angry and uncooperative. At no point did we feel valued as guests. Mistakes or learning curves are perfectly normal, but such an unfriendly and irritable way of handling feedback is simply unacceptable. We felt completely uncomfortable and therefore cannot recommend a visit. Addendum after the owner's response: It's a shame that instead of showing understanding, they tried to twist the situation and accuse us, as guests, of wrongdoing. What goes around comes around: The tense atmosphere didn't originate with us at all, but was a direct result of the complete lack of understanding on the part of the staff. How are we, as guests, supposed to know how your Pink Chai Latte is prepared by default? We specifically asked and relied on the waiter's explicit assurance. There was absolutely no "immediate" or even friendly solution – only after repeated requests and a tiresome back-and-forth were they even willing to rectify the mistake. At no point were we asking for a free drink, but simply for reasonable communication and the correction of incorrect information. How are we, as guests, supposed to know how your Pink Chai Latte is prepared as standard? The claim of a "full house" is a mere pretext, as the restaurant was by no means full and the menu was simply forgotten. Mistakes and learning curves are perfectly human and not a problem at all; however, the constant arguing with the customer is. Dismissing legitimate complaints afterward as "aggression" unfortunately confirms the very lack of understanding we have gained from your company.
