16/03/2026: Every time we go to Honfleur, we book a table at this restaurant. A must. We've never been disappointed by this Michelin-starred establishment. The inventive cuisine is based first and foremost on the selection of high-quality local products. Furthermore, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, you can feel the passion for the craft. The service is attentive yet elegant, professional yet friendly. The dishes are meticulously prepared and beautifully presented, where flavors blend harmoniously and textures complement each other perfectly. There's also a touch of daring, as evidenced by the use of peanuts in unexpected dishes. From slow-cooked cod to pink duck and the perfectly cooked egg, the cooking is precise and meets the guests' expectations. Among my many favorites: the scallop velouté and the chocolate tuile dessert. Thank you, Chef, and thank you to the entire restaurant team for these delightful moments.

09/03/2026: A wonderful time at Le Youdig restaurant in Brennilis! We enjoyed a delicious kig ha farz. The meal begins with a soup made with bread and vegetables cooked in the meat broth, followed by a crudité platter. The main course is very generous: vegetables, bacon, sausage, beef, farz (a type of Breton stew), with the option of adding a pork knuckle for an extra course. For dessert, a delicious Breton prune cake. All this is accompanied by a welcome kir and a bottle of cider during the meal. The owners also take the time to explain the history of kig ha farz, and at the end of the meal, they sing Breton songs. A visit to the museum is even included. Price: €39 with the knuckle, €32 without. A truly wonderful experience in a warm and welcoming setting, with decor reminiscent of our grandparents' house in Brittany. Highly recommended!

08/03/2026: Absolutely amazing! The kig ar farz was incredible. Delicious and very generous portions. Fantastic atmosphere! The family-run kan ha diskan was top-notch! An extraordinary eco-museum. What more can I say? It's like being "there in the Arrée Mountains!" I'll be back again and again! FANTASTIC!
