The staff is friendly and quite discreet; don't be afraid to approach them to be served. The service can sometimes be a little slow due to the number of businesses and the limited seating, so consider ordering takeout just in case!

07/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome at this friendly establishment, although the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The galettes, while very good, resembled crêpes dentelles, which bothered some members of our group. The filling for the "complètes" (complete galettes) was excellent, but those who ordered the "guéméné" and "océane" galettes were left wanting more. Consequently, our table felt the value for money could be improved.

If you're looking for a change from your usual fare and want to try something different, this is definitely a good option. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and the preparation is meticulous. The taste is excellent, whether you're having a quick meal or taking your time to savor it. The restaurant has a simple yet pleasant atmosphere, with seating both inside and outside. It's a tranquil place where you can eat without stress. The staff is welcoming and respectful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The service is quite fast, which is convenient if you're in a hurry, but they still take the time to serve you well. The prices are reasonable for Paris, especially for Japanese cuisine. In short, Moshi 1 is a great place for those who want to discover or rediscover Japanese cuisine in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I recommend it, especially if you're looking to try something different and change your taste buds.

27/05/2026: I came to eat with a group of friends; the setting is quite nice, and this restaurant was a new discovery for me. Given the high prices, I was expecting refined, semi-gastronomic cuisine... but in the end, the presentation of the dishes was rather crude, with quantity lacking finesse and flavor, and the flavors were poorly proportioned or unbalanced. We won't be back.

01/05/2026: We came as a family for lunch. We were able to easily book by phone the day before. We were warmly welcomed by the manager and comfortably seated on the terrace. We chose the €75 tasting menu with wine pairing, the most expensive option. Overall, we enjoyed the dishes and the meal in general. We particularly liked the scallops, the beef Wellington, and the Grand Marnier soufflé. However, having chosen this type of tasting menu at other restaurants, we didn't find the value for money to be there. A few examples that could be improved: When the courses arrived, none of the dishes or wines were announced (and we no longer had the menus). Thirsty, we had to ask for a carafe of water at the end of the meal, which had never been offered (no apology was given). The service was rather sloppy, and the waiter was generally unfriendly. The pre-dinner cocktail was quite sweet, served with a candy skewer, which was inappropriate for the start of a tasting menu. Each new course was brought to us before we had even finished our previous drink (not even the aperitif). For dessert, my partner chose the mille-feuille because he loves them, but the dessert presented was nothing like a mille-feuille. The bread was decent but not very high quality. The napkin and tablecloth had holes, though these are minor details. We plan to return sometime, but we think the €26 set menu would ultimately be just as good, considering the price. The terrace was pleasant and quiet.

24/05/2026: The waitresses' friendliness really needs improvement... We asked a question and received a rather unfriendly response... No compensation was offered for a service mishap (sauce spilled from our hair to our clothes). Our reserved table wasn't ready when we arrived... The meal was good overall.

24/05/2026: We had booked for 20 people, and the service was nonexistent. The staff were extremely unpleasant, even rude, one waitress in particular. A dish fell during service, which can happen, but we waited 25 minutes for it to be replaced. The quality of the food was mediocre. A repulsive establishment.

10/06/2026: Dinner with old friends. The welcome was very friendly, the meat succulent and perfectly cooked in the fireplace. For dessert, I recommend the profiteroles—a real treat! We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

01/06/2026: Everything was perfect. My ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, my dessert was homemade and delicious, and the service was quick, efficient, and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant.

10/04/2026: This is currently my favorite bar in Tours! The selection of local beers is incredible and the platters are generous! The darts are a big plus!

09/03/2026: Friendly atmosphere: the team is very cool and welcoming, and you can even enjoy a game of darts during drinks with friends. The beers are divine; I had a pint of "Naughty and Nice," it was extraordinary, the chocolate notes are very pronounced, it's a success, well done.
