18/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, the food is good and well prepared, the service is fast and the waitress is very friendly. We'll definitely go back when we're in the area again ☺️

15/09/2026: The restaurant is good, however, the staff in charge, with whom we communicate on the phone, are very rude. It doesn't make you want to go back when, for simple information, you're treated like dirt, with no polite greeting, no hello, no goodbye – the bare minimum. It's a shame because the food is very good.

24/07/2026: Great happy hour from 5 to 8 PM with a selection of cocktails for only €5-6!!! We highly recommend the spritz, which was exceptional.

12/07/2026: The person who found the "manager" unpleasant must have been half asleep, or perhaps they were unpleasant themselves... everything is perfect: the food, the friendliness, the outings, and the prices. Not to mention the location. 10/10 overall. Bravo! I'll definitely be back.

01/10/2026: Always a pleasure to come and always well received!

01/10/2026: I'm from Saint Germain en Laye, and I've always enjoyed Café Jules, which I found very friendly until recently. My last experience there was today. We politely asked where to sit; there were two of us. The man offered us three possible tables, even though the terrace was almost empty, telling us that the other tables were for four... there was nobody there. The guy was incredibly rude. A little later, he gestured to a young woman sitting next to him because she had a

02/09/2026: A truly delightful gourmet break. Excellent teas, refined pastries, delicious ice cream, and of course, superb macarons. The setting is elegant, and the experience remains true to the Ladurée image. Always a pleasure to return.

23/08/2026: Very mixed feeling about the dine-in experience: - First of all, the French toast was very good. - We thought that we had to order on the ground floor, but was told to proceed upstairs to order when seated (which is fine), upon which we found out that there is a separate menu and therefore we decided to order something else instead. The waitress brought the item she thought we initially wanted, to which we said, we changed our mind (but then again, we never actually ordered downstairs), then she scoffed at us as if we troubled her deeply and just walked off. - The other waiter however had been nothing but polite and friendly with us the entire time. - The bathroom was out of service. - No water was served until we asked for it. So yeah, that lady left a very, very, sour taste in the mouth for what could have been a nice experience.
