09/07/2025: This is the best restaurant in Belleville. In fact I don't think I have ever visited a better one anywhere. Yes, there are more sophisticated, more expensive, more polished places here. But nothing this good. The food is simple, honest, wonderfully cooked, and very reasonably priced. The team, front and back of house, are friendly and welcoming. The clientele is principally local, and loyal.

26/05/2026: We had a lovely stay; the welcome was perfect, with very attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is a little outside of Manosque, but this provides a welcome sense of peace and quiet.

The traditional, homemade cuisine was absolutely delicious, with a special mention for the signature dessert: chocolate and chestnut fondant. 24/07/2026: A wonderful discovery. Arriving during peak service, we were given a table outside, in the shade of the plane trees. The food was simply delicious, homemade with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The headless larks (a regional specialty) were excellent. The waitress and chef were very friendly and professional. In short, you can go there if you're looking for a truly delicious meal and a great time.

31/07/2026: We stumbled upon Le Bistroquet by chance, just popping in for a coffee… and left feeling like we'd known Valérie and Thierry forever. Their welcome was exceptionally kind and genuine. In just a few minutes, they created a warm and inviting atmosphere where you feel right at home. We returned the very next day for dinner, and what a delightful surprise! The food was excellent, generous, and prepared with such care. Everything was delicious. We live in Nantes, so it will be difficult to come back often, but one thing is for sure: on our next trip to the area, we will definitely return. Thank you, Valérie and Thierry, for your hospitality, your good humor, and this wonderful experience!

The only slight drawback is the somewhat small portions, especially for those with a hearty appetite who might find it a bit meager. The menu, written on a chalkboard, changes daily. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
