07/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome from the two managers. The room was comfortable and clean. We slept very well (excellent bedding and air conditioning). The breakfast was varied and served in a pleasant setting. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality.

08/09/2026: A very good brasserie with a menu featuring hearty salads, chicken, and beef; the food is excellent and the service is pleasant. I'm eagerly awaiting the day they ban smoking on the terrace, as some customers fill the place with smoke – what a lack of respect!

30/08/2026: We visit Pont Neuf every holiday and were looking forward to our visit once again. The waitresses are usually friendly and the food is simple but tasty. But this time the experience was truly disappointing. We wanted a light snack, and I ordered a large ice cream sundae for the younger children (13 years old), while the older ones wanted, "if possible," a children's menu with fries, ice cream, and a cordial. It was very busy, and many customers were enjoying a late lunch; so the waiter took our order with a grumpy expression. He didn't mention, however, that a children's menu wasn't available for 15-year-olds, even though I asked if it was possible; and there wasn't a maximum age listed on the menu either. It was only after the children had finished their small portion of fries that he announced they wouldn't be getting any more drinks or dessert, because in his eyes, they were at least 20 years old. They aren't 20, but I didn't have their passports with me. And he should have mentioned that when they ordered. I asked again if I could order a small ice cream separately for them, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible; they had to pay the full price of the children's menu at €14.50 per person for a small plate of fries with two chicken nuggets. If the waiter had said that a children's menu wasn't allowed, we would have accepted it. And if the waiter had only served the plate of fries and charged us for that, that would also have been acceptable. But serving only one item from the children's menu and making us pay the full price AFTERWARDS is simply a rip-off. It was all the more unpleasant because the waiter was discussing it with his boss and/or colleagues, pointing at us. We understand French and found this unwelcoming. It would have been better to discuss it directly with us. We also found this inappropriate.

22/09/2026: My wife and I came for lunch. The restaurant was very clean, the owner very friendly and attentive to his customers. The meal was excellent, and the meat was very good, tender, and flavorful. The prices were reasonable. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended and worth discovering.

22/09/2026: I had to wait for the museums to open, so I decided to eat at this place and what a pleasant surprise: the foie gras with peach chutney was excellent! The pork cheeks in beer sauce were exquisite, the meat tender and juicy, accompanied by a fantastic mashed potato! The meat was so tender it practically melted in my mouth! The octopus with squid ink risotto was very good! And to finish, a delicious mirabelle plum dessert!

16/09/2026: This bakery has the advantage of being open all day Sunday, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, the major problem on Sundays is their management of baked baguettes. They are very (too) often out of baked baguettes, regardless of the time I go to buy them.

06/09/2026: After many lunch breaks at Ferhat's, I noticed that he pays close attention to the quality of his ingredients. That's why I decided to book for my son's 18th birthday, and I don't regret it at all. The meal upstairs was superb. The service was excellent, just like the food. I highly recommend it for your future celebrations. Thank you to him and his team.

08/09/2026: A very charming little spot in Old Lyon! We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the terrace, with its lovely little lamps and the beautiful tree right in front: it's truly pleasant and even very romantic in the evening. Service: Special mention for the welcome: the gentleman spontaneously brought a bowl of fresh water for our dog, a simple gesture that we truly appreciated. Thank you! Thank you! I enjoyed an excellent Spicy Ginger Beer, and it was definitely spicy! All the drinks (lemonade, fruit juice, etc.) were good. Value for money: The drinks are still quite expensive, with few items under €5, but we're in Old Lyon, so that didn't really surprise us. A lovely little place where you feel comfortable and where we will gladly return.

14/09/2026: Nothing exceptional, just an interminable wait that day. The same was true for collecting ice cream desserts (10-minute wait). The staff were overwhelmed despite the low number of customers.

02/09/2026: I went to the KFC in the Plaisir shopping center twice, and unfortunately, it was a real disappointment. The first time, I ordered a bucket of 10 tenders: I'd never seen such small pieces. They were extremely thin and clearly not up to KFC's usual standards. I tried again a second time, ordering several burgers and wraps from the menu, but the same thing happened: the pieces of chicken inside were tiny and very thin. You could mostly taste the bread and the sauce. Plus, the chicken was cold and dry. The same was true for the ice cream: very little filling and a really light topping, especially considering the price. I then went to another KFC about 15 km away, and the difference was striking: normal portions and the chain's standards were met. KFC really should send mystery shoppers more regularly to check the quality of its franchised restaurants, because there's clearly a big difference between the locations. Mr. Joncourt, you really should go and see what other KFCs are doing. There's a huge difference. Sincerely.

19/09/2026: Terrace overlooking the port, beautiful view, very good food, the wine recommended by the waiter was excellent. A lovely experience.

10/09/2026: We had dinner there. It was very good, the portions were quite generous, and it was good value for money. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend it.

22/09/2026: A magnificent place; we were treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. We enjoyed dishes prepared by a chef who clearly loves his work, with exquisite finesse, using fresh, homemade ingredients—worthy of a gourmet restaurant. A huge thank you again for your generosity. Unfortunately, establishments like this are becoming increasingly rare. You can go without hesitation and enjoy a wonderful, convivial experience.
