05/06/2026: We had a wonderful time with a welcoming and friendly team. The food was excellent (the grilled John Dory and bone marrow were exceptional!). We highly recommend it.

04/06/2026: The restaurant was recommended to us. We ordered a three-course meal consisting of fish soup as a starter, sea bass fillet on a vegetable side dish, and a dessert of various fruits. We also ordered white wine. Everything was delicious, and the wine paired perfectly with the fish. The service was very friendly and attentive. All in all, it was a very enjoyable restaurant visit. We were very satisfied, including with the bill. The only thing that could be improved, in our opinion, was the ambiance.

14/05/2026: Wandering along around this quaint neighborhood, (very close to the Delacroix museum), we discovered this wonderful little macrobiotic restaurant. Guenmai was one of my favorite culinary experiences on our European tour this spring. The owner is lovely and although our French is very poor, we were able to come up with a great meal for two vegans that was satisfying and delicious . We started with the miso soup, which was one of the best I have ever had, with deep umami flavors and a more mushroom based flavor. It was fantastic. The 2nd course we had was a tartin with this incredible carmelized crust and full of wonderful vegetables … my mouth is watering thinking about it , last was a plate of mixed greens, beans and other vegetables , all marinated and seasoned differently, but surprisingly they paired well with each other!!! . An exquisite meal, with outstanding service and a charming interior. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a great meal . Thank you to Gary, who we met in the restaurant and helped us translate . Great conversation added to this wonderful experience.

10/05/2026: Dancing is possible, but the layout and organization are unsuitable. The front room could be reserved solely for dancing, with chairs around it, and the large back area for drinks. Drinking on the dance floor should be prohibited. Bar service could be improved. More dance nights for couples would be welcome 🤷🏻‍♂️

08/05/2026: We were there for a girls' weekend, and we spent the evening there and we weren't disappointed! The atmosphere was amazing with music for all generations, and most importantly, not overly remixed—just the right amount (very rare these days)! The service was impeccable, and the cocktails were delicious! We'll definitely be back! 🥳

12/05/2026: This Michelin-starred hotel and restaurant is very well located on the road south. The enclosed and secure courtyard (included in the room price) for parking is a real plus. The rooms are classic and the bedding is of very good quality. The restaurant is pleasant with well-spaced tables. The service is a bit old-fashioned and traditional, but the meal, while also quite classic, is outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

11/05/2026: Back at Le Carré d'Aléthius after more than 12 years… and our love for it remains undiminished. We discovered this magnificent restaurant during a family trip years ago, and on our way back from the Aubrac region towards Switzerland, we decided to stop there again. What an excellent idea! Everything was perfect from start to finish: refined cuisine, full of elegance and mastery, impeccable service, and a smiling, attentive, and genuinely pleasant staff. The wine pairings were also remarkable, with some truly wonderful local discoveries. This lunch was a truly timeless experience, a pure moment of happiness and indulgence. It's always a great pleasure to visit Le Carré d'Aléthius. Thank you to the entire team for this incredible experience and for your consistency over the years.

27/03/2026: A first for my wife and me this lunchtime and we were definitely not disappointed. A very warm welcome, the waitress was very friendly, with a great sense of humor and excellent advice. The dishes were generous, tasty, and truly delicious. We will definitely be back.

23/12/2025: A very good meal at L’Inter’Val, ideally located near the Charles de Gaulle Memorial. The six-course menu is well-paced, with carefully prepared and beautifully presented dishes, including a high-quality foie gras. Professional service and a pleasant atmosphere. A very good address for a gourmet meal in the region.

14/12/2025: Restaurant located directly opposite the church in Colombey. Delighted with this dinner. Special mention goes to the three-course foie gras menu: the scallops with foie gras sauce were particularly delicious. The ribeye steak from the à la carte menu was excellent. Pleasant service; the two ladies were particularly welcoming. Very good selection of champagnes at reasonable prices. It's best to make a reservation, as the restaurant was quite full. I highly recommend it!

15/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, certainly one of the best in Belfort. We've been going to Château de Chine for several years now, and we've never been disappointed. Whenever we return from abroad, it's always one of our top choices. The welcome is always warm, the staff is friendly, and we've even been able to bring our dog without any problems, which is really appreciated. The food is excellent: the spring rolls are truly delicious, the noodles are wonderful, and the dishes are always flavorful and generous. You can tell it's a serious restaurant, consistently high-quality, and clearly deserving of its reputation. For us, it's a sure bet in Belfort. A restaurant we recommend without hesitation.

15/04/2026: March 26: A very warm welcome, a smiling team, and quick, good service. Definitely worth remembering. April 26: New experiences and new successes! Not only is the team pleasant and smiling, but they also know how to adapt to customer requests "outside the menu." Thank you again for your hospitality; you are definitely my go-to place for my business trips to Corsica.

06/03/2026: Very good meal. It's a shame the dessert prices weren't displayed or were poorly marked. 10 euros for a tiramisu the size of half a glass... a bit pricey. The rest was excellent value for money.

The atmosphere is friendly and festive, the owner and staff are lovely, and above all, the food is delicious with a menu that's regularly updated and well-chosen. Special mention goes to the pizza chef—it's a new addition and what a treat! You can order takeout online, even on Friday evenings, and the pizzas are excellent. Well done and thank you!
