One minor issue that prevents me from giving it 5 stars: we had to send the duck back to the kitchen because it was still cold in the center. However, once it was warmed up, it was delicious!

21/05/2026: A wonderful discovery of traditional Japanese cuisine! A warm welcome from a very professional and pleasant staff. I highly recommend trying the tuna dish and, as a starter, the meltingly tender and lightly smoked eggplant. The setting is calm and understated, and the prices are quite reasonable!

11/02/2026: Passing through Montélimar on numerous occasions, I never fail to stop at the "Brasserie des Négociants." The management and staff are particularly welcoming, professional, and kind. While the establishment maintains rigorous hygiene standards, I was taken aback by a comment I read... perhaps the author should verify the accuracy of their statements and check their sources more thoroughly. Without hesitation, I give this establishment 5/5, both for its warm welcome, the professionalism of the management and staff, and the absolutely impeccable hygiene.

22/04/2026: Thank you for this excellent meal. We appreciated the non-stop opening until 4 pm, which was convenient after our visit to Fragonard 😉. Excellent meat and homemade desserts. Thank you for the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend it 👍🏻 No photos of the desserts, they were so good we ate them straight away 😅

15/05/2026: Located inside a famous shopping center in the Lac district of Bordeaux, this charming brasserie is perfect for lunch before or after shopping. Special mention goes to the veal liver and kidneys (made with fresh ingredients) which were excellent and sourced directly from the Capucins market, and the delicious porcini mushroom omelet. They also offer a very good Meteor beer, as well as a selection of gourmet teas, cheeses, and Pessac-Léognan wines. The staff is friendly and professional.

16/04/2026: A very good experience, the waiter was very pleasant and cheerful. It's just a shame there weren't many vegetarian or vegan options, not many alternatives... The rest was great :)

02/04/2026: I love this restaurant. As someone with many food intolerances, I always find it easy to find something that suits me because the chef adapts the dishes without any problem to my requests: no sauce, delicious roasted vegetables instead of the lactose-laden mashed potatoes... all with a smile. And everything is very good.

24/05/2026: My friends and I ate there, the food was delicious and the service was great. You could tell they were a little busy, but the owners were super friendly and attentive. I really felt comfortable and we will definitely be back.

13/05/2026: We had dinner at the restaurant. Having read the reviews, we were quite excited. It was a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend the lobster set. The chocolate soufflé with Armagnac dessert was disappointing, in my opinion. Overall, we were disappointed.

03/05/2026: A fantastic experience at this restaurant! The pizzas are excellent, generously topped with a truly delicious crust. You can tell the ingredients are high quality. The burgers are also a very pleasant surprise—hearty and well-prepared. The service is friendly and the atmosphere welcoming, which makes you want to come back. I highly recommend this place.
