14/06/2026: Charming, quiet hotel with a beautiful view. Very clean and the grounds are very well maintained. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The restaurant offers a good wine list featuring local wines, as well as typical regional dishes. A family-run hotel that stands out from impersonal resorts. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend.

22/01/2026: I go there a few times a year for their fresh, homemade products: tarama, eggplant caviar, and their baba ganoush... And every time I get their lavash bread—a real treat! The grocery store is very well located for residents of the 5 Avenues and Sébastopol neighborhoods. However, parking is difficult, even though Place Sébastopol is nearby; the number of parking spaces has been significantly reduced to make room for an area that isn't yet clearly defined... (children's play area? social space? a few benches?) It would have been better to plant some nice deciduous trees. In any case, Rendez-vous grocery store is always there for my dinner parties. But there are also a multitude of other products to discover. Don't forget the frozen foods either...

11/06/2026: My husband invited me for my birthday in early June. We thoroughly enjoyed the menu; all the dishes were made fresh in the kitchen and were delicious. The veranda is lovely, and the staff is professional and friendly. We will definitely return. The prices are reasonable. We highly recommend it.

12/05/2026: The setting is nice. Very welcoming. However, the food doesn't live up to the welcome and the ambiance. Admittedly, we opted for the €25 set menu, but it was barely acceptable. The starter and main course were uninteresting, the dessert was good. (Excellent wheelchair access)

20/05/2026: Great time, great service, great food. Last time I was a little disappointed, but this time it was fantastic and incredibly fresh. The sea bass ceviche appetizer was delicious, it just needed a touch more lime to be perfect. The sea bass cooked on the griddle was excellent, the mashed potatoes were superb. The chicken fillet was truly delicious and well worth ordering because it was incredibly fresh, tender, and very flavorful. The wine was delicious.

09/05/2026: Very good restaurant, highly recommended. I come quite regularly. I am very disappointed that the waitress Camille is leaving; she had an uncommon kindness. I will come less often, or perhaps not at all. I liked it when she was the one serving us; she knew how to handle things, always had a smile, was pleasantly kind, and very professional.

03/05/2026: Visited this restaurant on May 2, 2026, at 1:30 PM. The frosty waitress told us we could eat if we hurried to choose because the kitchen closed at 2:00 PM. Nice. After making my quick decision, my Milanese ribeye was a plain steak with spaghetti and a ladleful of canned sauce for €20. This dish was unworthy of a school cafeteria. Pathetic food that even an apprentice wouldn't make. My family and friends in Robertsau were able to appreciate the photo of the dish.

I trusted the sales assistant's advice, who assured me the fragrance would last approximately 5 hours, emphasizing the quality of the ingredients, presented as natural and high-end. The brand even went so far as to compare itself to renowned houses, highlighting its superior longevity. The reality is quite different: the perfume disappears almost immediately after application. Its longevity is practically nonexistent, falling far short of the advertised claims. I contacted customer service hoping for a more thorough response. After providing proof of purchase, I received a standardized, dismissive reply, pedantically explaining the difference between eau de toilette and perfume, as well as the impact of citrus notes on longevity. A generic response, showing no real consideration for my issue. Even more surprising: no offer of a return or product analysis to check for a potential defect. And after I followed up… no response at all. This brand claims to be “luxury,” but it lacks both the standards and the requirements: neither in terms of product quality nor customer experience. The pricing, however, is definitely that of luxury—without the service that should accompany it. A profound disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend it.
