24/07/2026: No air conditioning, no fan—you have to fend for yourself during the heatwave. They don't provide water. The refrigerator is practically broken. No water fountain. They don't make any effort to keep the pool open longer. Some people are forced to sleep outside at night. It's a shame because the facilities are beautiful. The staff is very irritated.

12/06/2026: I traveled for work to Spie City Network in Foucherans (39). I slept very well at this hotel-restaurant. Room booked on Booking.com for one night. The owners of the hotel-restaurant are very friendly. I particularly appreciated the lady who served me. I would return.

21/06/2026: The menu isn't very long, but the ingredients are high quality. The dishes were well-presented and generous. The service was a bit slow between courses, and the welcome was somewhat cold. Our cocktail glass (sparkling wine and elderflower liqueur) was only half full, for a price of 10 euros that included a few appetizers (a gougère, a piece of watermelon, and a slice of sausage per person). The children's menu was also good quality and plentiful. We wouldn't necessarily return, even though the food was tasty.

05/04/2026: We went on a Saturday night. The restaurant was empty. Nevertheless, we ordered some very good starters and two main courses: beef in Thai sauce and chicken noodles. Honestly, it was very, very good; the food was impeccable.

09/07/2026: Feeling a bit thirsty? You could always grab a drink at Antoine's bakery, although the cakes are lovely, but too hot for today. Maybe next time...

20/06/2026: We arrived at 3 a.m. on Saturday morning. We wanted to have breakfast. After waiting quite a while, a customer explained that we had to order in the shop and then sit down in the dining area. The queue stretched all the way to the sidewalk. We left without anyone even saying hello; they didn't see us at our table. This dining area is a good idea. They should think about using it.

19/07/2026: I had the set lunch menu today, and to be honest, the food and the setting were very nice. The service was average. But the portions were very small for the set menu. Other dishes on the menu looked more generous. However, the bread wasn't good, and when I ordered ice cream instead of the dessert of the day, I only got one scoop, not two 😅

13/06/2026: The best fougasse in Aigues-Mortes: soft, subtly flavored, and topped with crunchy sugar. Also try the focaccia served with various toppings. This place may not look like much, but everything is homemade by a baker with a native Italian accent. It sells out in just a few hours, such is the quality.

28/04/2026: A must-visit! The cheese focaccia is to die for 🤤😍. They have excellent products and breads. The multigrain one is amazing! A little slice of Italy 🇮🇹😉

07/03/2026: The food was very good. However, the service wasn't great: she didn't come to offer us coffee, and then getting the bill was quite complicated. This is the first time this has happened to me. Usually, the service is perfect.

13/07/2026: The Green Monkey is our go-to spot for after-work drinks. The small terrace at the front of the establishment is perfect for that. It's also a nice place to eat. The menu is varied, the food is good, especially the burgers. I loved the ocean salad with salmon; it was well-seasoned. Perfect for lunch. The portions are generous. The shaded terrace at the back is very pleasant. It can be booked for parties or small corporate events. The only slight drawback is the railway line that runs alongside it. But you get used to it. The Green Monkey is a typical bar/brasserie.
