28/06/2026: Very pleasant staff. Very good food.

28/06/2026: First experience: service was very average from the owner and very good from the young waitress. We had to manage our own pizzas to take away, and when we finished our pizzas, the owner said, "Are you having dessert after all?" When we asked for a pistachio pizza for dessert, she curtly replied, "The ovens are off." Frankly, it deserves less than 10 stars. I strongly advise against it; avoid it at all costs.

24/09/2026: A must-try in Alès for years Simple and effective

20/09/2026: One thing to say: well done! 👍👍👍

10/09/2026: Dinner on the terrace, enjoying the lovely weather and the port's vibrant nightlife. Attentive, friendly, and professional staff. The menu offers a balanced selection of fish and meat, and it's quite good; there's plenty to choose from. The preparation could be improved, but the presentation is good and acceptable. Ideal for a dinner with friends. I recommend it.

08/09/2026: A warm welcome and excellent food! As someone with a gluten intolerance, I asked for the allergen menu to choose my dishes. Once I'd placed my order, I spoke with Céline to discuss my dietary restrictions. She was a fantastic waitress who was very attentive and did everything she could to meet my needs. A big thank you to her and the chef for adapting the dishes so well. I will definitely be back.

22/09/2026: A true demonstration of successful customer service… While the terrace was far from full and several tables were available, we were refused a seat there, without any real explanation, and instead seated inside in a particularly pleasant corner… right across from the restrooms. A great choice to start the evening. The waitress, for her part, was unpleasant from beginning to end. Clearly, welcoming customers seemed more of a chore than part of her job. As if that weren't enough, the staff then started arguing in the middle of service, right in front of us. It's always nice to experience the atmosphere of an establishment when you've simply come to have a good time. And to top off this particularly successful experience: when we were leaving, we said "goodbye" to the waitress, who chose not to even respond. So, what we'll remember most is the welcoming attitude, the professionalism, and the attention paid to the customer. A memorable evening, but probably not for the right reasons.

15/09/2026: Fast and friendly service. Excellent food and drinks.

28/09/2026: Quick service and welcome. Significantly improved quality.

26/09/2026: We had a wonderful time at this meal; the service was efficient, and a special mention to Saidou for his advice and good humor! I'll be back!

14/09/2026: Excellent value for money, it's very good. I highly recommend it.

06/09/2026: Hello We can't rate the food, but we can rate the opening hours… It says they're open until 6 PM, we arrived at 3:30 PM and apparently they've stopped serving… You should either display the correct hours or stick to the ones listed 😉 After checking, it's not indicated anywhere, neither on Google Maps nor on your website, that service ends at 1:30 PM!

15/09/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs; the staff is extremely unpleasant if you have a child. Mum's advice: this place will make you feel uncomfortable, and I mean it.

14/09/2026: Old classic bistro, a must visit in Paris! Lovely old historic restaurant, great friendly service, and awesome food! Must order pate, bone marrow, leeks, skate, beef red wine sauce, pastries with rum! Menu in French only, but staff will help you out.

26/09/2026: Honestly, absolutely top-notch! 🤩 And especially very generous with the portions 😍 I thoroughly enjoyed it! On top of that, the team is really lovely, and the waitress was fantastic. Thank you.

15/09/2026: Always delighted to eat at Bil's... The food is good, the service very responsive, and the decor super nice 🤩 I recommend it

09/09/2026: Very nice team and all 5 of our takeaway pizzas yesterday were excellent!

07/09/2026: Neither good nor bad by Italian standards

24/06/2026: A great stopover for motorcycle touring. The hotel is well located, with easy access and secure parking for motorcycles. The owner is very friendly. The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds and are very clean. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay at the Hotel Saint-Jean again.

07/06/2026: I highly recommend the Hotel Saint-Jean. Its location is ideal, close to everything, and there's parking. The welcome was warm, the rooms were spacious and air-conditioned, with a shower and toilet, and very clean. It was very quiet... a great place to stay, I would gladly return. Isabelle Oriol

06/09/2026: Food was good really good I enjoyed the egusi everything in it was the right amount. I complained of been warm the air condition was put on. Overall I can’t fault you guys.

30/08/2026: Great Authentic dishes, especially the Nigerian specialties.

23/09/2026: Arthur is a very dedicated employee.

21/09/2026: The iced burger was very good, and the waiter was very kind.

18/09/2026: This is a wonderful place to grab a beer, some wine, appetizer, or dinner. All seating is high tops on the street. so it’s great for people watching. A spectacular long list of wines by the glass in the food is really good.

25/08/2026: Scam, tourist trap. I sit down to try some glasses given the extensive wine list by the glass. I ask for a wine, there isn't one, I opt for Chablis... I get a glass that isn't Chablis, I point this out, I don't drink it, pay and leave. They were more busy serving seemingly more profitable tables. They didn't handle the situation at all.
