Excellent starter: Scallops (vegetarian).
Main course: Guinea fowl supreme: delicious, melt-in-your-mouth meat, served with pasta and fragrant mushrooms, with a touch of crunch. The sauce is finished off with bread, which is itself crisp and very good.
Dessert: surprisingly warm, light, not too sweet.
Wine: Côte de Beaune Volnay: sweet and fruity.

A warm welcome, pleasant service, and delicious food. A friendly atmosphere and excellent value for money. Thank you to the whole team for their hospitality; we'll gladly return! I highly recommend it.

27/08/2026: The setting was very pleasant, the room beautifully decorated, and the welcome warm. For the starter, we appreciated the choice of dish and the fact that there was an alternative. The main course portions were a little small for six people. The dessert was delicious, but the slice of pie was also a bit small. The value for money was very good. We enjoyed our evening.

Its cuisine and presentation rival those of Michelin-starred establishments. The menu prices are very reasonable, offering an excellent meal that will leave a lasting impression for under €30.
You won't be disappointed.

15/07/2026: A group of 13 of us dined here for my birthday celebration dinner and it was delightful. A small restaurant in a quiet square in Beaune. The service was top notch and we weren't rushed at all. A small but very good selection of meat and fish options, and every dish was beautifully presented. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.
06/07/2026: We came in July, and it was quite hot, yet the food was very good, it surprised us, and the service was attentive and efficient. Very good, added to our favorites.

The bouchon was a hit with everyone; the slight wait at the table was more than compensated for by the exceptional quality of the food.
Excellent establishment, very good cuisine, superb service... As occasional visitors to Toulon, our only regret is that the bouchon isn't closer to home.

It's tucked away in the Auchan Ollioules shopping center... A small menu, but brimming with exquisite flavors... everything is delicious, and the wine selection is superb. A must for locals and tourists alike.
