06/09/2026: A wonderful discovery at Fezi restaurant on Rue des Carmes in Rennes! 😊 The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We had a fantastic time, and dinner was delicious. The dishes are beautifully presented, with meticulous attention to detail, and as beautiful as they are tasty! The flavors are spot on, with perfectly seasoned and incredibly flavorful dishes. 😋 A feast for both the eyes and the palate! A perfect place to treat yourself and have a lovely time. I highly recommend it! 👌✨

04/09/2026: A truly remarkable experience over a six-course dinner for two, complete with wine pairings. The dishes were incredibly inspired and surprisingly delicious. The service was excellent, with detailed information about the dishes and wines served. Highly recommended!

The service was top-notch, fast, with attentive waiters, beautiful and colorful dishes (like the restaurant's interior), and a wide selection of drinks, galettes, and crêpes. If you're looking for original and delicious food, go for it! Well done to the whole restaurant team, I'll definitely be back.

25/09/2026: The experience here is similar to what would have happened if Adam and Eve, while in the Garden of Eden, had opened a restaurant. The produce you'll find here is grown on site - and if you want to see the vegetables and chickens and lambs that create the feast of flavors that erupt at the table - you don't have to take more than a few steps. The restaurant's staff transforms the farm's produce into an elite meal with awe-inspiring virtuosity.

07/10/2026: Monday, wedding anniversary meal. Extraordinary menu, with lobster and risotto. Impeccable service, with the owner and her waitress very friendly and attentive.

21/09/2026: A wonderful first experience. The welcome was attentive and warm. On a Monday at lunchtime, the restaurant wasn't full, but we weren't herded into the same room, which was very much appreciated. My mother was having a little trouble deciding what to eat... no problem at all, always that lovely smile... the waitress said, "Well, I'll go prepare the appetizers and I'll be right back." Then came the amuse-bouches served by the chef in her elegant chef's hat. I know, many people don't care, but I appreciate seeing who's actually in the kitchen... Then, the starter, main course, dessert, and wine... flawless in terms of the food, the wine, the presentation, and the service. I really felt like I could taste the food from the other diners at our table. Also important, the cleanliness was impeccable. There was no more room for coffee or one of the many teas on offer. Even the hot drinks menu is tempting. I haven't eaten dessert in ages...pastries are too sweet for my taste, but Gaëlle Letetu (with a hat over the second "e" in her name...sorry) is extraordinary... My "rhubarb with greens" was exceptional, full of flavor, a delicious blend of parsley, vanilla, and rhubarb, but also with wonderful textures...a big thank you again to everyone. Oh yes, the little extra touch...it was my mother's birthday, I must have mentioned it in the messages, she had her candle and a "Happy Birthday" written very nicely on the edge of her plate. She was touched...a small gesture that respects her modesty, thank you. See you soon.
