28/08/2026: Impeccable food, service and atmosphere. Each dish is full of taste and precision, meticulously prepared and executed with elegance in taste. Other three star restaurants have dishes that compete with each other, but here, the chef paints a story, with a beginning, crescendo, climax and an ending, all in a very comprehensive way. The pigeon was so perfectly prepared and paired that the only way to describe it is that we tasted what was described at the restaurant scene in Matrix 2, ( if you know, you know). The wine pairing not only elevated each dish, but made each one complete. We look forward to returning soon!

The excellence of French gastronomy; from the dishes to the tableware, the setting, the service, the welcome... everything is superbly orchestrated, and the special care given to guests is exceptional. A huge thank you to Faustine, Celia, Chef Maxence Barbot, and his entire team—the cooks, the servers, all the staff... every note of the orchestra is played to perfection. I must also highlight the outstanding contribution Chef Barbot makes to his desserts. Having a sweet tooth, I am completely captivated by the performances he and his team deliver to this restaurant and its guests. I was already familiar with the Chef before Le Bristol, and it's a pleasure to rediscover him in a 3-Michelin-starred setting, especially at Le Bristol, where the attention to guests is truly exceptional!

19/07/2026: A restaurant with a patio offering a warm and inviting atmosphere, serving light and delicious meals in the same style. A perfect spot for a summer outing with friends, family, or anyone else. The service is attentive, like that of a true professional: someone who knows how to serve, and who doesn't need to be asked to replace the water, refill the wine, etc. Bonus: many dishes are naturally gluten-free. We had a serene experience, enjoying both the delicate flavors and the pleasant ambiance. Thank you.

23/08/2026: We were absolutely charmed by this cuisine, which was as delicious as it was original. A masterful blend of Asian influences and the finest seafood, elevated with exceptional skill. The result is simply remarkable. While the storefront might initially suggest a somewhat touristy spot, one taste of the dishes is enough to understand that this is far from the truth: the quality of the presentation, the freshness of the ingredients, and the subtlety of the flavor combinations truly impressed us. A wonderful discovery, well worth the detour. We will definitely be back!

11/08/2026: We recently dined here, and the entire evening and the meal were fantastic. The waitress even spoke German and pampered us wonderfully. The non-alcoholic cocktail was perfectly balanced, and we were already impressed by the amuse-bouche. Both the appetizer and the main course were phenomenal! The rosemary and thyme sauce with the meat was exquisite. And the dessert perfectly rounded off everything: It was a true work of art, both visually and in terms of taste. Thank you!

24/08/2026: What a fantastic experience this Sunday buffet was! The waitresses gave us a super warm welcome—they were all so friendly and smiling. The setup and organization were top-notch, and taking our appetizer orders was quick and efficient. Our starter plates were served promptly, and then we headed straight to the buffet... The selection of dishes was amazing, bringing back memories of our recent trip to Réunion Island 🤩 Despite the crowd, everything flowed smoothly... the quantity and, above all, the quality were excellent! A second seating was organized after ours, but there was no rush. Everyone loved the meal, the atmosphere, and the change of scenery. We'll definitely be back soon!

26/07/2026: It was a real pleasure to return to La Petite Auberge after a few months' absence! A regular customer for several years, I'm never disappointed. The setting is magnificent, and the welcome is always so warm and attentive. As for the food, it's excellent: flavorful cuisine showcasing local produce, with a menu that changes monthly according to the seasons. A must-visit in Sarreguemines!
