14/06/2026: The waitress with the bob haircut and tattoos is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I used to frequent this establishment a lot, but lately, this person has completely put me off coming back. Many will recognize themselves in this message, I think.

08/06/2026: This is great news for the neighborhood! The Indiana Café in Bonne Nouvelle is a very good restaurant that offers excellent value for money. The atmosphere is always lively, the setting is pleasant, and it's a very reliable place to have a good time, whether for a drink or a meal. A sure bet where you're rarely disappointed, and one I recommend without hesitation.

19/05/2026: Our three-night stay at Domaine de Verchant was an overall remarkable experience, driven above all by the exceptional quality of the Quintinae Suite. The facilities are simply breathtaking: every space seems to have been meticulously designed, from comfort and relaxation to the privacy of the bedrooms. The spacious living/dining room allows us to entertain guests in a refined setting without ever disturbing the tranquility of the suite, while the private entrance via a dedicated elevator provides a particularly welcome sense of discretion and exclusivity. We would also like to highlight the remarkable professionalism of Maxence, our butler throughout our stay. He responded to all our requests with exceptional precision, demonstrating a natural sense of service, a keen attention to detail, and a true talent for organization. His support greatly contributed to the success of our experience, and throughout these three nights, he demonstrated undeniable expertise in the art of hospitality. The estate's facilities, including the spa, also offer a truly rejuvenating experience in an elegant and soothing environment. Despite these numerous positive aspects, a few drawbacks mar the overall picture and prevent the establishment from fully reaching the level of excellence it aspires to. Housekeeping and management services were sometimes lacking in rigor, notably with food scraps from the previous day under a table, unemptied kitchen bins, and a coffee table found dirty and sticky the next morning. We also noted some errors in overcharging for certain room charges. Finally, the service at the gourmet restaurant for lunch proved particularly slow, taking over two and a half hours for a four-course menu. These various elements unfortunately give the impression that there is sometimes a lack of consistency in standards and rigor between the different departments of the hotel. This is all the more regrettable given the undeniable potential and overall quality of the establishment. Nevertheless, we will gladly return to rediscover the beauty of Domaine de Verchant, while hoping that certain adjustments will be made so that the experience fully lives up to the exceptional standard of the place.

14/05/2026: I discovered this place thanks to friends and I absolutely loved it! All the dishes are truly wonderful. I also appreciate that they offer lower prices on certain days, so everyone can enjoy a 5-star experience. The setting is magnificent! It's a little tricky to find the entrance and exit if you're on foot! I'll be back!

10/06/2026: Perfect welcome. Booked using a Smartbox voucher. Nearby parking is available for €15 per day. We opted for a paid upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the river and the old castle, which we were very glad we did! A beautiful, functional room with an en-suite shower room, tastefully decorated for our recent wedding. Very comfortable bedding 👌. The private spa session was much appreciated. A delicious dinner with delightful cocktails and wines that we selected from the menu to complement our meal. The dining room was pleasant with bay windows facing the old castle. Breakfast the next morning was excellent with a wide selection of fresh, homemade, and local products (both hot and cold). We received a wonderful farewell at reception, as always, with a charming welcome. We were delighted with our stay. We highly recommend this establishment. Thank you to the entire team 🤗

01/06/2026: We had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western in Clisson. The hotel is beautiful and very well located, but what truly makes the difference is the quality of the service. The entire team is exceptionally friendly and professional. The receptionists are smiling, available, and always ready to help (Soulaimane, Stéphanie, etc.). The breakfast staff are attentive and ensure everything runs smoothly. The same is true at the bar, where the welcome is warm and friendly. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness and good humor, which contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. We will gladly return!

17/04/2026: Passing through the neighborhood, after leaving the Bois de Vincennes, we stopped on the terrace for a drink. The setting and the warm welcome whetted our appetites, so we stayed for dinner. Thank you to this charming establishment.

09/04/2026: Nonchalant waiters! We come here to have a good time, not to be lectured about meal vouchers and the fact that credit cards are only accepted for purchases over €5. That's fine, but you can also say it with a smile!

12/05/2026: A really lovely restaurant, with a special mention for the excellent welcome we received. The place was almost full; I think it's a local institution. The food is very good, with a decent selection, and the price is reasonable for what's on offer. The cocktails were also very good! The place can be a bit noisy, but that's part of its charm; it has a very family-friendly atmosphere. It's a shame the neighborhood itself isn't very pleasant, but don't let that put you off. I highly recommend it!

04/05/2026: As a large group, we were a bit cramped. And the portions were far too large for one evening meal. It was impossible to order a starter and dessert for those with smaller appetites. A shame.

28/05/2026: I've been going to Bosphore for years, and I always enjoy it just as much! The staff is always so welcoming, and their galettes are the best here, nowhere else!!! 27/11/2025: Friendly workers, nice brasserie, next to the chateau next-door. Their drink menu is good & standard, but for eating, it’s with courses and it’s not standard. No quick bite. Their toilet was really dirty, and it’s shared between male & female.

21/05/2026: Passing through Rennes on Ascension Thursday, we stopped for lunch, craving a galette and a crêpe, and stumbled upon L'Épi de Blé. We hadn't booked, but we were greeted with a smile. We had a delicious meal and left very happy with our break. We'll definitely keep this address in mind for our next trip to Brittany.
