12/08/2026: What a pleasure to see Frédéric Vardon back in this place that reflects his personality! We had the good fortune to work together many years ago at Alain Chapel's, and today I find the same exacting standards, the same generosity, and the same passion for quality ingredients. Café Max is a warm, vibrant, and elegant establishment where you immediately feel at home. The cuisine is precise, authentic, and delicious; the ingredients are showcased to perfection, and the service reflects the restaurant's character: attentive and welcoming. It's always a joy to see a chef remain true to his values ​​while evolving his cuisine with such talent. A truly wonderful Parisian restaurant that I recommend without hesitation. Bravo to Frédéric and his entire team!

21/07/2026: Truly the best steak frites. Very local and neighborhood spot with delicious food and lovely service, feels like you live around the corner even when visiting from afar!! Enjoyed everything about our experience and will add it to our list for next visit.

31/08/2026: Lovely restaurant the food was superb and one of the only places in france we've found that cared my daughter was vegetarian and adapted the menu accordingly she had a lovely mix of vegetables and pulses my burger was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The menu is intentionally small, but it guarantees high-quality appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Each dish is carefully prepared, and the flavors are truly exceptional. The kindness and warm welcome of this family add even more charm to this restaurant. A wonderful discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend!

17/05/2026: We had a wonderful weekend at the spa hotel on May 2nd and 3rd. The suite was magnificent, the treatments were perfect, and the spa was fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind and pleasant, especially your colleague who was in charge of breakfast with her cheerful disposition and laughter 😁 We look forward to returning. Best wishes!
