19/05/2026: Good concept, all-you-can-eat with a maximum of 5 choices per order. The selection is varied, and the price-quality ratio is good. Delicious sushi! All this in a minimalist, simple setting. Hence the ambiance (no music, no fancy decor, no ornamentation). But the service is fast, the staff professional, and above all, the food is good. It caters more to a student clientele. I recommend it.

28/05/2026: I haven't eaten this badly in a long time. The fries were almost burnt and soaked in grease. They weren't like normal fries, just lukewarm, like they'd been reheated. The zucchini was unappetizing and completely overcooked. Awful. Not recommended!

09/04/2026: Hello, I had lunch and rented the small room at this establishment. I received a superb welcome, the meal was very good and reasonably priced, and the amenities in the room met my expectations. Ample parking and a terrace. Everything was perfect!

12/03/2026: A restaurant located within an industrial site, mostly frequented by local workers for lunch. Prices are reasonable for those with a discount, but not overpriced for the quality comparable to a cafeteria. Overall, it's convenient, as it's self-service, for a quick lunch break.

02/05/2026: I am not really sure where the negative reviews come from. I just had my second meal here, both almost perfection. The staff are doing a great job, and with a smile. The food is delicious. I tried the burger yesterday, which was fine, but tonight, the bavette exceeded my expectations. Can I come back for a 3rd time?

23/04/2026: A lovely evening out with my 6-year-old daughter. We received a very warm welcome. The concept is original; you really choose what looks good to you, and the hardest part is resisting the urge to devour everything! The dishes are beautifully presented; they're as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. We even got to watch the chef prepare the "salmon sushi," as that mustachioed child would say.

This gentleman, who runs a catering business in Saint Aubin (and is therefore a competitor!), doesn't deserve any publicity, and I won't hesitate to make that clear. 29/05/2026: I came with two friends of North African origin. A young waitress seated us on the terrace. We ordered drinks, and a few seconds later, the owner came over to tell us they weren't serving drinks at that time… even though all the tables around us had already been served. Clearly, they took us for fools. Cold welcome, unpleasant tone, and a strong feeling of not being welcome. Afterwards, a colleague (also a foreigner), who lives in Jouy and knows the establishment well, confirmed to me that this kind of selective treatment is nothing new. In short, a very bad experience. Avoid this place.

22/05/2026: I called to make a reservation at 1 p.m. for the evening. They told me to come and that there would be space. Once I arrived, the restaurant was full… not nice!

30/04/2026: We were warmly welcomed, the setting is clean and very pleasant, and the food is excellent.
