04/06/2026: Excellent service on this rainy Monday evening. We stumbled upon the restaurant quite by chance after a visit to La Coloc, and we weren't disappointed. Friendly waiter and a chic, intimate atmosphere.

14/05/2026: The location is in Pré Carré, a small, quiet, and intimate neighborhood right in the heart of Annecy. The setting is very cozy, in a sophisticated Scottish pub style. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you immediately feel at home. The service is impeccable and always with a smile. The dishes are varied, high-quality, and delicious, with set menus (starter, main course, dessert) at very reasonable prices. Everything was perfect at Le Chardon d'Écosse. We will definitely return… perhaps to try the brunch, which looks incredible, or for a festive evening!

02/06/2026: I don't think friendliness exists in the vocabulary of some of their waitresses. I politely asked her what flavor of ice cream was in the sesame mochi, and she said "sesame" in an unpleasant way, as if sesame were an ice cream flavor. Madam, restaurants like yours are on every corner in Paris. If you want to stand out from the others, be more friendly to your customers. I certainly won't be returning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

31/05/2026: Not good and the service leaves much to be desired. Most of the maki menus are half surimi with no option to change it.

13/06/2026: What a wonderful discovery! The dining room completely immerses you in a chalet atmosphere. The waitress was very attentive and bubbly! A lovely moment shared with her. Kudos also to the chef for the dishes. Perfectly cooked, and a special mention for the breaded Maroilles cheese!!! Delicious! We'll definitely be back.

04/04/2026: Nice, clean hotel with a comfortable bed. Decent breakfast :) The restaurant is really great, a bit pricey (probably due to its proximity to Paris) but very good, with a surprising selection of fish given the location, but much appreciated. Excellent service! We'll be back.

A simple experience, but one that might suit you if you're looking for a quick, no-frills meal. The price is very reasonable.

31/05/2026: Our go-to sushi restaurant since 2009. A family-run restaurant with freshly prepared sushi, maki, and sashimi. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. We also dine in occasionally to enjoy the all-you-can-eat option. Go without hesitation!
