12/05/2026: This Michelin-starred hotel and restaurant is very well located on the road south. The enclosed and secure courtyard (included in the room price) for parking is a real plus. The rooms are classic and the bedding is of very good quality. The restaurant is pleasant with well-spaced tables. The service is a bit old-fashioned and traditional, but the meal, while also quite classic, is outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

11/05/2026: Back at Le Carré d'Aléthius after more than 12 years… and our love for it remains undiminished. We discovered this magnificent restaurant during a family trip years ago, and on our way back from the Aubrac region towards Switzerland, we decided to stop there again. What an excellent idea! Everything was perfect from start to finish: refined cuisine, full of elegance and mastery, impeccable service, and a smiling, attentive, and genuinely pleasant staff. The wine pairings were also remarkable, with some truly wonderful local discoveries. This lunch was a truly timeless experience, a pure moment of happiness and indulgence. It's always a great pleasure to visit Le Carré d'Aléthius. Thank you to the entire team for this incredible experience and for your consistency over the years.

18/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant at lunchtime today, and I highly recommend it. The food was delicious and plentiful, the pizza was fantastic, and the welcome was warm and friendly. I recommend it.

07/09/2026: Lovely people, with great, speedy service. It's a really nice little location in a residential area, with beautiful trees. I wouldn't necessarily come for the food itself, as it's pretty run-of-the-mill.

04/07/2026: This neighborhood bar has a fantastic atmosphere, the owner is warm and professional, the cocktails and food are excellent, and the prices are reasonable. It's perfect for parties or watching sports. Highly recommended!

26/08/2026: The location is nice, BUT the drinks we ordered were either sold out (freshly squeezed orange juice), the fruit juices were at room temperature (30 degrees Celsius), the draft beer was served in a syrup glass, and, most importantly, diluted with water! Advice: Avoid it! Sincerely, a very disappointed resident of Nîmes…

17/08/2026: I stumbled upon this place and it's a great find. Today's set menu for €16 included a poached egg with Époisses cheese – absolutely delicious! And the chicken supreme with crushed potatoes was superb.

23/08/2026: Great place for a cocktail (affordable and delicious!). The staff seemed smaller than usual, but the service was still impeccable!

10/10/2026: Very disappointed. From the moment we ordered, the waiter's attitude clearly gave the impression that he was working reluctantly: curt replies, no welcome, no desire to serve. This is all the more disappointing for a Moroccan establishment, where one expects genuine hospitality and a warm welcome. To make matters worse, our order was incomplete, we had no cutlery, and we were refused a simple sauce, with the waiter claiming they didn't have any, even though they clearly did. At this price point, it's frankly unacceptable.

04/10/2026: I stopped by today to eat with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed it! The sandwich was excellent, well-prepared, and very tasty. One small drawback: I think the price is a bit high for the portion size, which could be a little more generous. Despite that, we had a great time and we'll gladly come back 😊

17/09/2026: We had a very good meal here. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The menu isn't extensive, which I actually consider a positive. The quality and taste of the food are outstanding. My only complaint is that the beer was too expensive. The friendly service contributes to the excellent overall impression.
