20/08/2026: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. During the meal, the service was poor and the sushi was very basic. It was embarrassing when we left; we were with children who slept through the entire meal and, when they woke up, were even more pathetic, and the waiters laughed at them, mimicking their behavior. A complete lack of empathy and customer service.

I've eaten Japanese food often, but this one is the best of all. And the prices are more than reasonable. Very friendly staff, I highly recommend it.

A very pleasant stay: the welcome, service, rooms, and food were all excellent.
All in a magnificent setting.

30/09/2026: A very beautiful restaurant with a breathtaking view of the seafront. The menu was excellent, but the service was a little below what one would expect from an establishment of this caliber (appetizers weren't cleared until dessert, bread and water weren't replenished...). There was a bit of a wait for the starter and the bottle of wine. The value for money remains very good, and the chocolate mousse is definitely worth trying.

29/08/2026: Staying in Bourges for an overnight stop on our way south for a 2 week holiday. We had a long day travelling and looking for a nice French meal. Discovered this restaurant via a recommendation from another establishment which was booked up. Food and service here at Oliver’s was brilliant, we had the Terrine with fresh bread and Entrecôte for mains, accompanied with epic frites which they seem to be very proud of and so they should. Fantastique.

05/09/2026: To begin with, it's not good at all. They require card payments for orders over €10, and I simply asked if I could split the bill in two and pay with two different cards, and they refused. Plus, the staff's behavior was very poor.

13/08/2026: What a wonderful discovery in the heart of Le Puy-en-Velay! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and we had a truly delightful time.
The burgers are generous and served with a handy little wooden skewer. They were cooked to perfection, and the bun, sprinkled with seeds, adds a delicious texture. It's a place where you feel comfortable and enjoy your meal. We'll definitely be back.
