10/05/2026: Excellent restaurant with a beautiful view of the Brick cove. Plenty of choice, high quality, and very pleasant service. The dining room was a bit noisy. Dogs are allowed in one of the rooms.

10/05/2026: We were lucky enough to dine on the terrace at this establishment under a beautiful sun with a magnificent view, but above all, we shared a delicious meal as a family. Everything was very good and the service was excellent, thank you!

01/06/2026: ⭐ Overall rating: 7.5/10 A great find! This African restaurant in Lyon was a wonderful discovery. I had a lovely time and, most importantly, a delicious meal. The portions were generous, flavorful, and carefully prepared. Special mention goes to the chicken: perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and, most importantly, not dry, which is often a weak point in this type of dish. The side dishes were also excellent, with well-balanced flavors. A minor drawback was the sweet potato fries, which were unavailable during my visit. Apparently, they had been out of stock for several days. This is a bit of a shame, as they are often a popular side dish, and sweet potatoes are generally quite easy to find. As for the ambiance, the terrace is perfect for enjoying the nice weather, which is very pleasant. However, it has limited seating and opens directly onto the street. Inside, the space is adequate, but it was quite warm during my visit, with noticeable cooking smells. Air conditioning or better ventilation would significantly improve customer comfort. The service also deserves a mention. The woman single-handedly manages the kitchen, reception, service, and payments. Despite this heavy workload, she remains cheerful and does her best to satisfy customers. This can sometimes lead to a slight wait, but it's understandable. My ratings: * Reception: 8/10 * Food: 8/10 * Value for money: 8/10 * Cleanliness: 7/10 * Atmosphere and comfort: 7/10 In short, this is a place worth discovering for the quality of its cuisine and its authentic flavors. 29/06/2026: From the outside, it looks quite unassuming, but inside it's amazing. A seemingly endless buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. From oysters, lobster, sushi, and dim sum to every imaginable Chinese dish, a huge selection of cheeses, and all kinds of sweets, there's something for everyone. And all at an unbeatable price. We'll definitely be back.

03/06/2026: Was a day of heavy rain showers ...so I popped in ...I asked for fish and chips ...no fish and chips ...awwwe I had chicken tenders ..water and a coffee ...18 Euro...I thought it was great value . Waiter has a specific charm ...he could be part of a comedy act ... Brightened up my day ..

The food was a very pleasant surprise: varied, generous, and flavorful dishes, prepared with care. Everything was perfect for a wonderful experience. This experience far exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely return on our next visit. This restaurant deserves to be more widely recognized, both for the quality of its service and its cuisine. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a pleasant meal. The setting is cozy and typically mountain-style; you immediately feel at home. The fondue was truly delicious, well-balanced, and perfect for sharing with friends. We also took the time to chat with the owner at the end of our meal, a very pleasant moment that added to the authentic feel of the experience. A great place that I highly recommend if you're ever in the area.
