Manon and Anaïs are always smiling, and it's clear they love their work here! A very big thumbs up to the kitchen; everything is extraordinarily delicious... The duck breast was cooked to perfection, and the potatoes were succulent... Truly top-notch, my first 5-star restaurant experience! The price/quality ratio is excellent! Even with an embarrassing incident a week before Valentine's Day, I was so paralyzed by shame and embarrassment, but they managed to turn it into a laugh (the two waitresses). Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything! And of course, I highly recommend it!!!! -> Thank you so much to all the staff for hosting us for our wedding reception 🙏 It will be a memory I cherish forever.

04/03/2026: A rare gem these days. Everything is designed to transport you back to the days of traditional pubs. A warm, family atmosphere, dishes that smell of wood smoke made with excellent ingredients (especially meat), and service that makes you feel like part of the family. We were horrified to learn that this restaurant was going to close soon because the owners (one in the dining room and the other in the kitchen) were exhausted and unable to hire the two additional staff needed (it's too isolated). The restaurant, which was doing very well, has been bought out and converted into a residence. 😢

28/02/2026: Families with children, RUN AWAY! They make it very clear that they're not fans of children, not even a sleeping baby in a stroller, in their establishment. So much so that they try to make you believe they're fully booked when they're not. So my "boycott" won't bankrupt them, but I certainly won't be giving them good publicity!

15/02/2026: You can be sure the Basques know how to welcome guests! At Bistrot le Guernika, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming accent. The smiling staff takes excellent care of you. The dishes are beautiful, generous, and above all, delicious. The value for money is undeniable. Bistrot le Guernika is well worth a visit; we'll definitely be back.

07/03/2026: A charming, old-fashioned Toulouse setting, impeccable service, and food to die for! A real treat! Today at lunchtime, we had the must-try cassoulet and a saddle of venison as the daily special, simply delicious! Thank you, Christophe, it was perfect! The Grand Marnier soufflé was incredible too! And that wine list… a gem!

15/03/2026: One of my favorite restaurants! From the moment we arrived until the last bite, everything was perfect. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The dishes were bursting with flavor, made with high-quality ingredients, and the setting was truly superb. I highly recommend it; a wonderful place!

25/02/2026: Elegant and quiet country restaurant near Reims. We ate well and appreciated the chef's skill. The wine list was comprehensive, and the recommended bottle of champagne was a good one. The service was very professional, with a few minor oversights. We were very satisfied with our visit to this restaurant. The bill was reasonable, almost affordable compared to similarly sized restaurants in Italy.

21/03/2026: A wonderful discovery we made a year ago, and we've been back several times since. Perfect for a romantic meal or a family outing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food is excellent, made with fresh ingredients, and there's something for everyone on the menu. A real gem! ☺️

We've been coming here for our family meals for a few years now, and we never tire of it; we feel right at home.

02/12/2025: I came here twice in July and I have been meaning to leave a review because as a solo diner you experience can differ greatly but this was such a lovely one both times. I feel so bad that I don't know the waiter's name but he could not have been more accommodating and the food was really good, not pretentious, just good ingredients cooked well (the best way in my opinion). I wanted to return a third time but sadly time was against me, but on my next visit to Nimes I will be back for sure! Merci Beaucoup!

25/02/2026: L'Ardoise du XV restaurant is a fantastic find! Refined, homemade cuisine using seasonal ingredients. I've been several times and always had excellent dinners. In the autumn, I remember a superb endive and fresh goat cheese tarte tatin that made me appreciate cooked endive again. In the summer, I recall a delicious dessert with strawberries and a meringue dome. This dessert was beautifully presented. The dining room is lovelyly decorated with pretty lighting and a beautiful bouquet of flowers upon arrival. Thank you for the wonderful memories at this restaurant; I can't wait to return and discover new seasonal recipes!

16/03/2026: Discover Korean cuisine thanks to the lovely owner who is happy to explain the specialties on offer. The bibimbap is wonderful, everything is truly excellent. A real gem in Metz.
