22/08/2026: A very good restaurant that I've been to several times. The mushroom and truffle risotto was excellent, and the pizzas are delicious. The service was quick, which was great for my 3-year-old son.

22/08/2026: We were delighted with our visit to Les Chardons. The setting is remarkable, with a beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere. We had lunch on the terrace; the tables were well-arranged and the presentation impeccable. There were five of us, including a six-year-old child. The young woman dedicated to our table was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, greatly contributing to making our lunch a truly enjoyable experience. The food on our plates (two mushroom gnocchi, one mushroom risotto, and one pea and mint risotto) was flawless. Thank you for introducing us to this wonderful restaurant; we will be happy to return.

08/08/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant, a place of simplicity and authenticity. The dishes were absolutely exquisite, prepared with high-quality, seasonal ingredients. We had an exceptional experience. It's truly heartwarming to see that places like this still exist, where the customer is genuinely pampered! The owner is remarkably friendly, and the chef greeted each table with great discretion and politeness, reflecting the quality of the cuisine we were served: authentic, generous dishes made with superb ingredients, beautifully enhanced. The staff is incredibly attentive, and the tables are spaced far enough apart to fully appreciate the ambiance and the moment. This has become so rare these days! This kind of restaurant is a real gem: a team of passionate restaurateurs who love their work and put the customer at the heart of everything they do. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

28/07/2026: The overall rating caught our attention, but the service and the food itself didn't deserve such praise. The tartare was simply a steak with an egg yolk on top, no parsley, no onion, nothing at all. We won't be going back.

18/08/2026: I had the pleasure of organizing a ladies’ gathering at Belle Plage Hôtel & Spa in June, and it was a wonderful experience. We loved the elegant and aesthetic atmosphere, the excellent drinks selection- especially the matcha as well as the delicious healthy dishes and sushi. A special thank you to Vera, Event & Group Manager, for her kind help and attention in organizing our gathering. Everything was beautifully arranged, and we truly enjoyed our time at Belle Plage. Looking forward to organizing another event at Belle Plage in September!

18/08/2026: My husband and I booked the experience together, and honestly, it wasn't worth the price at all. Firstly, we didn't have access to the sensory area. When I asked why, the masseuse told me, "What's included in the price is the whirlpool bath, the massage, and the tasting." Fine, I didn't push it. We'd been looking forward to this moment for a long time, hoping to unwind a bit. The whirlpool bath was pleasant, but ultimately it's just a bathtub. The massage was okay, but very formal, with no interaction before, during, or after. As for the tasting, we received a glass of champagne and... vegetable juice! It was described as petit fours, depending on the season, well... with a glass of champagne, that's not what you expect. Furthermore, we weren't told what it was, so we assumed it was cucumber... it wasn't bad, but not appropriate. Finally, after 15 minutes, one of the masseuses knocked on the door to tell us that when we were finished, we could leave immediately... in short, we felt a bit rushed out the door. So, really very expensive for the service. It wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't up to the price or what one expects from an establishment of this caliber.

20/08/2026: OK service, good wine, very good food. Let down by the slightly confusing “8 glasses of wine” deal to accompany the 8-course lunch. Wine poured with the bottle left on the table - only to discover that a (self-serve) top-up counts as another glass. Not explained until the end. Not the warmest of welcomes, with service a bit lukewarm throughout. But, the Quail in Sauce Bordelaise was exceptional. And a good selection of wine, by the glass!

19/07/2026: I received a gift certificate from friends for a cooking class at the Chefs Academy, and frankly, I wasn't disappointed. A very warm welcome, a bright and well-organized kitchen. The class was really enjoyable and in a great atmosphere, led by the chef and his assistant. The chef gave us tips and tricks for beginners like us. I'm really looking forward to attending another session. This time, we made pâté Lorrain, a pure delight. Long live the Chefs Academy!
