26/02/2026: I've been a loyal customer of this sushi shop for years, and I appreciate the inventiveness of their recipes. But the order I just received tonight is simply shameful!! Bits of sushi rolls with no filling, tiny or half-rolled sushi, some inedible because the cook was so heavy-handed with the wasabi, and slices of salmon so thin they're practically transparent... So far below the expected quality for this price 😡

22/02/2026: My partner and I had lunch at this restaurant on Saturday. The decor was lovely, and the staff were welcoming, smiling, and attentive. The waiter was particularly pleasant. The pizza was perfect, and for my main course, I ordered the meat of the day with morel and Vin Jaune sauce—a pleasant surprise given the generous portion! The meat was also very good, and as for dessert, unable to decide, I opted for the four-dessert platter—a real treat!

11/03/2026: I regularly go there to order and I'm always greeted by an exceptional young man. He's welcoming, kind, patient, and caring, and he has a special talent: making our wait for our sushi a wonderful experience.
Kudos to Osmane for his humanity and kindness. And thank you to the dedicated cooks who bring us such joy.

21/03/2026: Delicious and a warm atmosphere. The manager has a great sense of humor, and her staff is just as good. Unfortunately, it's closed on Wednesdays. A kiss to Bouboule.
16/03/2026: A pizzeria that truly deserves its reputation! The pizzas are delicious and generous, the staff is efficient and friendly, and the dining room is beautifully decorated and welcoming, with a terrace overlooking the Basque Pyrenees. What a beautiful view!

19/03/2026: We invited our student's thesis committee to Les Belles Plantes, and everyone was delighted with the meal, the setting, and the service. The availability of excellent vegetarian dishes was particularly appreciated. The committee members left the restaurant in high spirits, which is always a good thing.
19/03/2026: A very pleasant covered terrace, delicious menu, and super friendly service, all at a reasonable price. A great place to eat!

21/02/2026: I'm giving one star because I've been trying to contact them by phone for over a month without success. I've sent several emails as instructed on their website, but haven't received a reply.
It's a shame, because this lack of communication leaves a bad impression. Perhaps they're closed; in that case, the page isn't up to date.

14/03/2026: Saturday night, peak time... a shame because the dishes were only lukewarm. They forgot extra toppings twice, and we had to send one back because it wasn't cooked enough. As for the service... what can I say? They're overwhelmed, and we felt like we were bothering them.
Otherwise, it was still good, but it would have been much better if it had been hot.

12/03/2026: Very efficient and friendly service. Well balanced, good value menu. Nice wine list, mainly France but also some bottles from the rest of the world. We were there on a Wednesday evening and the place was full. Everything was perfect from the 1st moment.
