31/07/2026: We were looking for a stop over from leaving the south of France and heading to Normandy. How very lucky we feel to have landed at this place. We’ve been two weeks in France and the meal I have had tonight has been the best I have had thus far. I will never forget this meal. Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. The staff here are extremely hospitable. My only gripe is… we only booked 1 night. We will definitely come back and for longer. Highly recommend.

24/05/2026: Friendly staff. However, the food wasn't up to par. The salad that came with the starter wasn't properly washed; there was still sand in it. The "herb whipped cream" with the asparagus soup wasn't whipped cream at all. I'd say it was cream cheese mixed with parsley. The pressed potato was undercooked and tasteless. The pork chop was overcooked… On the other hand, the ratatouille side dish was excellent! The ingredients are high quality regardless of how they're prepared. Perhaps we just came on an off day; it happens.

01/07/2026: Sitting on the terrace one afternoon, enjoying a two-scoop ice cream sundae and a glass of water (unfortunately lukewarm), they refused to give us ice cubes; we had to order still or sparkling water!

26/08/2026: I ordered a chirachi saumon avocat and it was very small, much smaller than the usual size of a chirachi, there was very small pieces of avocat and they use this flat plate not usually used for chirachi so there was less rice. In terms of price i paid the same than other chirachi menús where i also usually have a drink and here it does not include it. The soup did not taste good.

28/05/2026: The staff were very pleasant and friendly; I loved eating pizza at Castelli Pizza. I highly recommend it (especially the Norman pizza, haha)!!

19/04/2026: I've very rarely enjoyed a pizza, but I had a burger and it was so good, I recommend it 200%!

05/09/2026: It was my first time. I was drawn in by the ramen. My Shoyu Ramen was really very good, the broth was well seasoned. I'll definitely be back.

01/08/2026: On this July 19, 2026, The restaurant is in need of renovation... but this doesn't detract from the quality of the food or service. Hot dishes, generous portions—perhaps even a little too generous—the chef is very accommodating. The excellence of the dishes is noteworthy. The service is top-notch, the ladies are smiling and friendly. Definitely worth a return visit.

17/08/2026: A great stop at this all-you-can-eat buffet with good quality starters, three hot dishes, cheese, and dessert for a very reasonable price. Welcoming, pleasant, quiet, and well-located. A place to remember.

13/08/2026: We booked the restaurant for a christening. The chef and his wife gave us a very warm welcome. Kudos to the chef, we had a wonderful meal.

28/07/2026: After several years, I've had enough! Delivered pizzas are lukewarm, and they even charged me for chili oil. We drove 5km, and it's no better... Unknown thin crust, unknown cooking method, sometimes even an unknown order left on the pass... These young people seem to need training... Hygiene is also a priority; a knife needs washing, you don't serve an entire shift with a dirty blade... And that's not all, let's not go into detail, including the price list... Let's drive another 3km to Saint-Brieuc. Case closed!

14/07/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. We waited an hour and a half without any information about our order. Having received no response, we had to go to the store ourselves, where we waited even longer before we could collect our order. The lack of organization is blatant. The most regrettable aspect is that the manager left young employees to handle such a complicated situation on their own. Seeing them running around under immense pressure while their manager was absent is truly unacceptable. On the other hand, I want to commend the young delivery driver apprentice. Despite it being his first few days on the job and a very difficult situation, he remained polite, courageous, and did everything he could to satisfy the customers. It's thanks to employees like him that the situation didn't get even worse. And it's primarily thanks to him that I'm giving a one-star review. I hope this feedback will prompt management to review its organization and, above all, to better support its teams.

14/09/2026: The pizzas are excellent! We had a Greek and an Aveyron-style pizza, both with thin crusts and generous toppings. The waiter and cook were friendly.

30/08/2026: €22 for a salad that wasn't even cut, same for the tomato—more lettuce than tomato! My husband ordered a sausage and truffade dish; the freshness of the dish was questionable! This restaurant is far too expensive!

29/07/2026: The tables are on the street, the food is good with good portions, but if you are looking for pasta carbonara, despite the goodness of the dish, don't expect real carbonara.

15/09/2026: The waiter was incredibly unpleasant (the one with the little ponytail). Their ice cream is awful... they were already out of caramel even though half their menu needed it... so I ordered a Pyrenees ice cream, thinking, "Let's go, it must be amazing..." Ugh, no taste at all... industrial ice cream, the sauce was grainy, the flavors were bland, the pear was rock hard and therefore unripe. It's shameful, 10 euros for garbage. Serve beer, that would be enough instead of disappointing people passing through Ax-les-Thermes so badly.
