07/10/2026: We come to this restaurant as a family once a year. Reading the reviews, we noticed comments expressing a similar feeling. The dishes were excellent, despite a slight reservation about the hanger steak, which could have been a little more tender. The welcome, however, was considerably less pleasant. The owner was cold, unsmiling, and unfriendly, whereas her attitude was different with regular customers. We did, however, receive a smile… when it came time to pay the bill. The restaurant experience isn't just about what's on the plate; the quality of the welcome, the friendliness, and the attention paid to customers are integral to the pleasure of dining out. This will be our last visit.

01/10/2026: It is a restaurant that I started to compose this review in my head once I start tasting the dishes. It was exceptional! I was a bit nervous reading the recent comments. But honestly, the culinary skills of the chefs were exceptional! They made me dance while enjoying them. The signature starter was such a surprise - running eggs with bacon and walnuts. What a combination! They gave generous amount of bread, which I can’t help only finish half of them. The beef main was generous portion. Not to mention the amazing creamy smell easily catch your attention. The layered potatoes were stuffed with cheese and bacon. So flavorful! The beef was carefully cooked - rare and tender! The sauce matched with it really well. I can’t help but close my eyes to enjoy it. During having my main, I have already started thinking of coming back. I am too full to order dessert. The red wine was also so so good! It is such a high quality of fine dining. The interior is gorgeous too! People mentioned about the service. To be fair, it is such a busy restaurant, with lots of locals dining there, and with only one waitress. I feel sorry for her. The chef served the starter and main himself to me, and helped me pay. This is how short of staff they are at the moment. I do think they are trying their best to serve well. But for a restaurant like this size, I think they need at least two more staff. With the price for this quality of food and atmosphere, I am more than happy to give them a five star!

03/08/2026: Pleasant terrace with views over the rooftops and hills of Nice. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly waiters. We enjoyed the cocktails and the dishes on offer, such as the sea bream and the burger.

14/07/2026: Rome, our attentive waiter, a relaxed yet comfortable atmosphere, luxurious Rome served us with class and efficiency, an unforgettable experience. We will become regulars at this rooftop and highly recommend it to families and couples alike.

17/09/2026: Good food (a fantastic Niçoise salad, just the way it should be, and a great pizza), a pleasant atmosphere without any over-the-top formality, and friendly staff—what more could you want? We were impressed by the extensive menu and the value for money. And the owners are certainly adventurous, having included the Italian challenge of "Ossebucco" on the menu. All this at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

14/03/2026: First, I can confirm that parking is easy nearby. Second, the dining room is spacious and the tables are well-spaced. The furniture is beautiful. As for the food, there were five of us and we all unanimously loved it. Finally, the staff is fantastic and very friendly. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

09/09/2026: We just had our last meal in Paris started with oysters and champagne, and escargot.For mains my wife had the grilled veal with salad, I had the Tournedos Rossini with frites and a lovely Pinot Noir all cooked so very well by our lovely owner who made the night, she was so very friendly a night to remember. Definitely recommended

28/09/2026: The prices are ridiculous. €25 for a tasteless tomato salad and €26 for a dish made with canned tuna. A basic glass of Santaney for €18 is absurd. Who has the nerve to do that in Paris? Good atmosphere for a date, the service is good. Good wine selection, but only by the bottle. It seems like the value for money is good: shelf price + €10. In reality, the markup is 2x, which is perfectly normal in Paris. Be aware that you must order at least one dish per person, as the restaurant isn't allowed to serve you without one. This restaurant was a rip-off. I didn't understand why it was so popular on Instagram and social media. It caters mainly to tourists, or rather, to American women used to these prices in the United States. Good atmosphere for a romantic date

15/09/2026: We had a lovely evening at Augustin Marchand d’Vins celebrating our anniversary. Great service by the owner, intimate atmosphere, incredible food and amazing wines. It was everything we were looking for our last night in Paris. We can’t wait to go back!
