23/09/2026: The staff was not at all welcoming. On the other hand, the setting and the view were pleasant. There were four of us, and we ordered the tasting menu at €33 per person, including an aperitif each and a bottle of wine. The bill came to approximately €240 in total. When we asked for more rice, as the portions were very small, the rather unpleasant waitress informed us that it would cost an additional €7.50. Since the dishes were meant to be shared between four people, there weren't even spoons in the serving dishes. We therefore had to use our own cutlery, which had already been used, to eat. This is really unhygienic. When I asked for spoons so that everyone could serve themselves properly, the waitress found it absurd and clearly didn't understand our request. She finally took a long time to bring them to us, sighing. I can understand charging extra, but €7.50 for a small bowl of rice, when the bill was already €240, seems really unprofessional. This kind of attitude definitely doesn't make me want to come back. As for the food, it was nothing special. Having tried several Thai restaurants, this one is far from being one of my best experiences, especially in terms of flavor. In short: pleasant setting, but disappointing welcome, unprofessional service, and value for money that didn't convince me. I don't think I'll be going back.

16/09/2026: A disaster for the four of us… The carbonara turned out to be pasta with cream, completely tasteless. The same went for the other dishes on the table. The food was very processed and unprepared. The service was slow, but the restaurant was full. A huge disappointment. We had to go to another restaurant for dessert. On the plus side, the staff serving us were very friendly!

05/10/2026: I went to eat, sorry, I didn't eat anything. For 44 euros for two people, there was absolutely no flavor. It's simple: we ate nothing. The carrots tasted good, the preserves were tasteless, the rosé wine was bad. We paid for nothing.

23/06/2026: This is no longer a vegan restaurant but Google will not update the listing. I travelled to get here only to find only one vegan main on the menu. Be warned that this is now a meat based restaurant.

A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Quality sandwiches, bread, and pastries. I recommend this establishment located very close to the Bay of Salnelles, a magnificent spot. 🦮🐕‍🦺 Thank you so much, the lady with the golden retrievers!

05/09/2026: The place looks rather ordinary from the outside. However, the dining room makes a good first impression, the food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. It was a great find for us, coming from Saône-et-Loire and heading to the Art and Memory Festival in Luxeuil-les-Bains.

07/09/2026: Upon entering Les Trois Brasseurs, one expects: a brewery = beer and conviviality; far from a restaurant where each table is well spaced apart; meals with generous portions of sauce—this isn't Weight Watchers. The decor pays homage to the spirit of a brewery and beer. The experience and the destination are exactly what I was hoping for; it had been recommended to me for a long time. The only downside was the lack of smiles in the service, though not by everyone, which is a shame, as it's the first impression one gets of a restaurant or business. I'll just have to come back on a rugby match night to see if the atmosphere changes.
