27/07/2026: No bottled beer in stock, a 45-minute wait, low-quality ingredients when they weren't simply unavailable... The carafe of wine was plonk... As a result, we didn't eat our pizzas, and after a polite exchange with the pizza chef during which we voiced our concerns, we still paid over €46 despite a 30% discount on the pizzas... Conclusion: The customer service is as poor as the food.

04/08/2026: A warm welcome, the dining room is spotless and beautifully decorated, there's a good selection on the menu, the red meat is of good quality, and the desserts are excellent. In summer, or whenever the weather is nice, the terrace is very pleasant.

03/08/2026: We've been going to this restaurant for years. For a reasonable price, we're never disappointed. The salmon carpaccio is excellent. The menu is updated annually. The staff is very friendly.

27/08/2026: The kebab was decent enough but poorly assembled; also, don't order the kefta, it's just minced meat with no seasoning whatsoever! The telephone service needs improvement!

25/09/2026: Lunch menu with a small pizza and a drink for €10. Really inexpensive for the amount of toppings shown in the photo. Delicious, you leave feeling full!

11/10/2026: We were really looking forward to our stay at Les Tourelles, but were honestly very disappointed. The equipment was outdated, the shower was in poor condition, the tiles and furniture were damaged, and there was a lot of dust on the room. Breakfast consisted of cold scrambled eggs and oysters that had been open for a while… not at all worth the €30 price tag!

10/10/2026: A gift from my colleagues, I love them! Thank you to them! And thank you to the whole team at the spa; everyone was so kind.

11/10/2026: It would have been customary to put the telephone order on hold in order to prioritize your customer who was paying his bill after having dined there.

08/10/2026: My experience was mediocre because I'm torn between pizza and salad; my heart is torn. However, the quality isn't just a matter of choice; it's extremely poor. When we complained, we were told it would be discussed with management, but there was no discount, no gesture of goodwill, or perhaps just a small "gifted coffee" which was also mediocre. I'm torn. Having said that, I complained directly, and no offer was made. I'm extremely disappointed.

20/09/2026: Friendly service and delicious frog legs. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant is concerning: dirty jugs, lack of decoration, and the ceilings and walls appear to have been neglected for a very long time. Furthermore, on both my visits (June 2023 and September 2026), the meat served, both the beef bourguignon and the chuck roast, was spoiled. Two very disappointing experiences.

19/09/2026: This is the second time we've been to this restaurant, and the second time the meat was expired. The first time was an accident, the second time it's a serious lack of hygiene that needs addressing.

22/09/2026: We had a lovely time having lunch on the terrace. A very warm welcome and excellent food. Top-notch. We were disappointed to learn of the establishment's permanent closure since July 31st upon our return to Romans on September 14th.

10/07/2026: I really appreciate this restaurant for the quality of its dishes; you can tell they're prepared with fresh ingredients. We're also always warmly welcomed by Magalie, who is attentive and always smiling. The best part, and what I love about this restaurant, is the terrace overlooking the back garden. A charming little quiet spot, perfect for having lunch away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very pleasant. The dining room is also cozy and beautifully decorated. My favorite spot in Romans 🙂

11/05/2026: A wonderful stay at the Hôtel des Dunes! The welcome was simple and warm, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel's facilities are fairly basic, but the rooms are beautifully renovated, modern, comfortable, and very clean. The bedding is excellent, and you feel right at home. The hotel is also very well located, easily accessible, and convenient for exploring the island. A very pleasant surprise; I highly recommend it!

12/09/2026: Sure, it's a cheap fast food spot, but the taste isn't there. The chicken bo bun had mushy chicken, no peanuts, and little flavor because there were no herbs (mint, cilantro, etc.). It's not as good as some expensive bo bun places that have lemongrass-grilled chicken. All the dishes were swimming in sauce. I wouldn't go back and would rather pay a little more for better quality, which is plentiful in Fréjus. I was very disappointed, especially considering the other customers' reviews.

01/09/2026: Lovely hotel right in the middle of the town. Good & comfy room, clean and a nice view over the square. We slept well, had a nice diner and enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts did a very good job in making our stay a very pleasant memory. Well recommended 👌

11/05/2026: A great stay during the MotoGP weekend! A very warm welcome, friendly staff. Not far from the circuit by car or motorcycle, and the train station is a 5-minute walk for getting to Le Mans. The bedding is comfortable, and the room is functional. The restaurant offers homemade dishes. The only drawback I found was the soundproofing of the room; I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway, but it was quiet at bedtime. I'll be back.
