04/08/2026: A wonderful time at Etienne and Caroline's! The food was delicious, traditional, and homemade, and of the highest quality, just the way we like it! The welcome was perfect. Caroline and Etienne are warm and incredibly kind people who go out of their way to make their meals even more enjoyable. The portions are more than generous, and I challenge anyone to leave "d'a'l popote" hungry. Well done! Pascale, Régis, and Laurie.

30/06/2026: I was lucky enough to dine at their restaurant and have them cater my wedding. They are fantastic, from the owners to the staff. The food is excellent. They truly want their customers to be pampered. I highly recommend them because of the wonderful atmosphere, the friendly service, and the delicious food.

17/09/2026: Highly recommended for this little restaurant in the village of Mouchamps. The staff is always incredibly welcoming and the owner is super friendly! As for the food, they offer an enormous appetizer buffet and homemade mayonnaise 👍. Stopping by Le Canotier guarantees a peaceful moment and a delicious meal! Cheers!

20/08/2026: WARNING!!! Under new ownership since December 2024. The menu, staff, and prices are completely different. Very disappointed that they advertised "homemade" food that was anything but. A grumpy waitress, a minimalist menu that's all over the place... In short, all good things must come to an end, and our favorite holiday restaurant is no more...

14/08/2026: We initially stopped there for a light snack on the terrace (the Liège waffles were excellent). And, looking at the menu, we were drawn to their Savoyard cider fondue... So we decided to try it and went back one evening. What a great decision! The fondue lived up to the first good impression we had made with the Liège waffles. The food was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and very accommodating. In short, a pleasant atmosphere, and we enjoyed everything there. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a good place for a meal, a snack, or even just a drink.

28/09/2026: This is our go-to address when we visit friends in Paris. Great brunch and service. You must make a reservation over the weekend. Can get cramped and noisy inside. Outdoor tables are great when the weather cooperates.

15/09/2026: A very bad experience. The service was extremely unpleasant, and the owner was unfriendly. It's clear they just want to rush through the service, get customers eaten as quickly as possible, and free up tables. There was no friendliness or consideration whatsoever. I strongly advise against going there.

26/08/2026: We were delighted with our visit to Chez Jérôme et Virginie. The meal was delicious and very reasonably priced. The welcome was very warm in this small, family-run restaurant. Virginie gave us excellent advice on exploring the region. Thank you!

12/07/2026: Ordered three medium pizzas by phone today, but I came to pick up three small ones. No apology whatsoever. Unpleasant staff who made no effort to speak clearly. It's not a proper oven, but a conveyor belt that heats up. Avoid at all costs.

10/07/2026: First and last order from Pizzeli. I ordered three Margherita pizzas (two with soft crust and one with thin crust), but I received three with soft crust. When I called to report the mistake, they dishonestly insisted everything was fine, even though I've been eating pizza for years and I know perfectly well the difference between a thin and a soft crust. Furthermore, when I arrived to pick up my order, I overheard the staff backstage discussing the pizzas before they even knew it was me, which proves they knew exactly what they had prepared. It really feels like just because you order Margheritas, which cost less in ingredients, the service is sloppy and they're grumpy. I'll order what I want, and the least they can do is respect the customer's choice or own up to their mistakes with a modicum of business sense instead of being condescending. Their customer service needs a complete overhaul; I won't be back.

01/08/2026: Very disappointed, even though I'm a regular customer. I was a victim of racial profiling. The guy clearly showed his disinterest in my order. I ordered a plate, which is usually a generous portion, but this time there were 20 grams of meat on the plate, piled high with salad, and barely any fries. Plus, they were soggy, undercooked, tasteless, and completely uninteresting. I won't be back.
