30/09/2024: S'il y a un restaurant où vous devez aller lorsque vous êtes à Toulouse, c'est bien à L'Os à Moelle.
Par sécurité, nous avons réserver une table. Un très grand merci pour votre accueil, mais surtout pour votre cuisine. Tout était parfait.
Si nous repassons par Toulouse, c'est sans aucune hésitation que nous y retournerons.
Encore un très grand merci pour votre cuisine et également pour votre gentillesse.
14/09/2024: Restaurant très bon et sympathique. Les assortiments d'entrées sont très bien. L'os à moelle gratiné épatant, et les plats ensuite très bons. J'y suis passé avec des collègues ayant des contraintes alimentaires (un végétarien, un autre ne mangeant ni porc ni boeuf), et tout le monde y a trouvé son compte.
Petit couac lors de notre passage - commandé 3 cassoulets et une assiette de canard - le cassoulet demande une demi heure d'attente - la commande n'a pas été prise correctement et un seul cassoulet et 3 assiettes de canard - du coup re-attente, une partie des convives qui mangent avant les autres... Au final, un bon geste sur l'addition.

Like its name the 3 summits the bill increases to almost 40 € per person positive point quality products but a shame to go and get the angus meat and not in the Vercors

The food is excellent but my trio of foie gras arrived very soft on the plate.
The waiters didn't tell us about the suggestions......
Between the aperitif and the starter and between the starter and the main course, I found that it was a little long.
No appetizers were served with the gourmet menu...
The waiter "bartender" was overwhelmed and was stirring more air than work, for example he brought me my Ricard without water???
The young waitress was good.
I would definitely come back.

03/10/2024: Excellent address for a professional or personal dinner. My guests and I were delighted to discover the dishes, each as delicious and well presented as the next! The service with a smile is just as pleasant.
A small typical French restaurant.
The only downside is the spacing between tables, which also reflects the style of the restaurant.
01/10/2024: These are the type of small, creative,, well priced places in Paris that are hard to find unless someone recommends it to you. The service was professional, friendly and quick. The food was delicious, well plated and very reasonably priced( 42 euro for app, plat and dessert). The potions were generous. Eggs mayo, Pork belly and floating island meringue (pictured). Soo good AND it is apparently a Michelin star restaurant!

We do not regret this choice of restaurant, we were seated in the quiet garden, sheltered from traffic.
Very pleasant welcome, smiling staff, efficient and fast.
17/09/2024: Authentic restaurant in the tourist trap that Carcassonne is unfortunately becoming more and more. Very friendly waiters who gave us a spacious table to sit quietly with our dog on the garden terrace under the trees. The 29.50 menu is excellent, with foie gras and gésiers salad as first course, homemade cassoulet with duck as mains. The portions are large, great wine at prices we can only dream of in Belgium.
